Ardmore is a suburb on the west side of Philadelphia, within Lower Merion Township in Montgomery County and Haverford Township in Delaware County. Originally named "Athensville" in 1853, the community and its railroad station were renamed "Ardmore" in 1873 by the Pennsylvania Railroad, on whose Main Line, west out of Philadelphia, Ardmore sits at Milepost 8.5.

First good thing is that they provide free parking out back in an area where there is very limited & mainly metered parking. I was lucky - only 1 spot was free. The onion bhajias were fine but the accompanying sauces rather bland. And the lamb Jalferazee whist a good portion could have done with some hot green chillies. I have never come across onion nan & found this to be a worthy creation. Reasonable for 21 bucks but overall unexciting.

WFPB but will settle for vegan. If you select correctly you can get healthy Indian cuisine. I chose the vegetable samosa. They were deep fried so I basically ate the inside and they were good. Opted for the tandoori roti instead of the regular naan for health reasons and it was good as well. I choose the Baingan Bharta (eggplant) and was pleasantly surprised...very tasty and pretty healthy considering it wasn't home cooked. I would definitely go back and try one of their other vegan friendly options.

A recent visit to the Bombay Grill (formerly Khadijara) in Ardmore did not disappoint. Service was very attentive, and food came out in a timely fashion (unlike the former place). Both chicken dishes were excellent, and the lamb biryani was very good. Of course, two orders of garlic naan completed our dinner. All in all, a very good meal; glad to have you back!

We had take out from Tiffin.The resturant was nicely decoratedThere was some difficulty with the order taker understanding me but after someone else stepped in it moved alongThe food was good to very good. Not the best Tandori chicken but the Lamb Biryani was tender and nice.We did not order very much but enjoyed what we did eat- including the pompadam.
