A small business lunch on a summer day. The lamb came on a big serving plate. It was very good and tender.
The atmosphere is very pleasent. The view of the river is relaxing.
All in all a very good place to eat. One of the best places in Zenica.

I would gladly recommend this restaurant for any occasion - business lunch / dinner, family gathering of just informal meeting with friends. You will get excellent service, great food with traditional Bosnian taste. If you prefer to have a good, tasty brakfast in a quiet place with nice ambience (both indoor and outdoor) this restaurant is exactly what you're looking for.
Few things to mention - this restaurant is also available for Reservations (holiday(s) celebrations, weddings, etc.) with excellent, professional service.
If you, by any chance, need accommodation, this one can offer several very nice and clean rooms.

Best place to eat in Zenica for me - at least, it is genuinely Bosnian. The ambient is authentic (take a look at the small Bosnian traditional room near the entrance) and so it is food and serving: for example they serve only non-alcoholic beer and drinks. Food is very good, prices are very low, for European standards. The only thing is that, being "too" authentic and not touristy at all, you may find problems communicating in English. Moreover, they often run out of some dishes and that may be quite disappointing, if you are looking, for example, to their great "pita".

Great restaurant to eat at, offers amazing dishes both modern and also some traditional bosnian dishes. It also has an amazing outdoor garden, right next to the beautiful river Bosna.

The sea food was the best I've ever had in an inland town. Calamari, tuna and scampi all cooked to perfection. The mandatory starter plate of cheeses and cold cuts was perfectly balanced. The Deserts were sweet, tasty and rich.
Unfortunately I won't give them place a full score as the ever-present cigarette smoke takes away so much of the experience.

"Miris dunja" ("The smell of quinces") is as warm and cozy as it's name. Pleasant staff (the waiter that even takes your coat). Old-looking interior. Quinces, wine bottles and old Bosnian antiques on the shelves. Candles and dimmed light. Nice music, loud enough just to add to the impression, but not interrupting the conversation.
The menu offers huge variety of dishes, ranging from fish (which is their specialty, as I understood), to all kinds of Bosnian meat dishes, salads and sweets, but also vegetarian dishes, which is not so common in Bosnian restaurants. Prices are average, I'd say not high at all considering what they include. (We payed 15€ for a dinner for two, without alcohol.)
Toilets are clean, and what I was very pleasantly surprised with is that in a ladies toilet you can even find free pads and intimate wipes. I'm sure all ladies would appreciate that.
Live music was just about to start when we were leaving, but it looked promising. I guess we'll have to come back here for a whole romantic evening.

This restaurant offers various meat meals, but most common are cevapi. Although Travnik and Sarajevo cevapi are famous in Bosnia and Herzegovina, cevapi from restaurant Sejo are one of a kind. Best meal experience for meat lovers across the globe.
