Lovely friendly efficient staff; very willing to please. Visited the restaurant twice during my stay in Gozo and the standard of excellence was high on both occasions Wide choice on the menu; I loved their "Cold Platter" as a Starter and Fish as a Main Course is highly reccommended

Booking are recommended in our restaurant due to its high popularity both between locals and foreigners. We cater for gluten free and lactose intolerant. Local and Mediterranean Cuisine.
We visited again after a pleasant experience in November. We phoned to check opening hours in mid December as we were planning a day in Gozo. We were told that the restaurant is open for lunch. We also double checked opening hours with those listed on trip advisor. We visited Wednesday 17th January prepared to go enjoy a nice lunch. To our surprise when we arrived at 2.00pm it was closed!!!!!! We had to make alternative arrangements and moved to Talija Restaurant. In our opinion clients should be treated more carefully and not mislead. Nowadays it is quite easy to keep clients should informed through social media.

We went here for lunch while visiting Gozo and were a bit disappointed. It was an extremely windy day and it looked like it would be a nice warm place to shelter for a while but it was cold and really lacking in atmosphere. The staff were not friendly at all and it took ages to get served and to get our bill at the end. The toilets also required attention. We had baguettes but mine was not great. Overall we just didn't have a very good experience in this restaurant.

Da Manuel Restaurant has been in operation since 1993.It is run by Emmanuel Buttigieg, who is also the chef and his family . Mr Buttigieg trained as a chef at the famed New York's Alberto's, located in the infuential New York neighborhood of Forest Hills Gardens. At Da Manuel, the food itself is excellent as fresh ingredients are creatively used. Located in Xlendi, Gozo, Da Manuel is an ideal restaurant for dining as clients are spoilt for choice. We offer an extensive a la carte menu which includes local dishes as well as daily specialties which vary from season to season. Moreover, Da Manuel is fairly popular for pasta particularly its home made pasta such as the Pappardelle and the Gozo Ravioli. Additionally, at Da Manuel we also serve high-quality meats and fish as well as poultry. Furthermore ,we also provide a children’s menu as well as vegetarian and wheat-free dishes. All dishes are home-made and delicately set to satisfy our clients. We aim at providing our clients
This is our second visit to this understated restaurant in Xlendi. The food and service are excellent, my dairy allergy was expertly dealt with. ' just choose from the menu and we will adjust accordingly' , we both started with their local speciality of Portobello mushrooms in garlic and olive oil , absolutely delicious. For mains we both had chicken dishes , both excellent. The wine list is simple but satisfactory , we tried the local Hauteville Chardonnay , excellent choice with our dishes! Great place to be on a very windy evening,

Went there to enjoy the sunset over dinner. Was met with a warm welcome from the owner. Asked about the fresh fish and he recommended the fish combo which was delicious and beautifully cooked. Has the best view of the sunset over Xlendi. Would definitely recommend spending at least one evening here if only to watch the sunset over a drink or dinner if like me you're hungry.

When we arrived we were made to feel at home, family run business, every body very friendly. We ordered the set menu for 12 Euro, 3 courses not too big portions but all cooked and tasted very good. Even the desserts were home made. Our 2nd time of visiting but definitely not the last.

Situated right on the water's edge and next to the statue of St. Andrew in the fishermen's area of the bay, The Boat House Restaurant is ably run by Joseph Attard and his wife Rose. It has established itself as a must visit restaurant when visiting Gozo by Maltese and foreigners alike. The location enjoys the warm Sunshine on winter afternoons and romantic sunsets. The choice of starters and main courses is endless. On top of that, there are the 'Specialities of the Day'. The fish display is a clear statement about the freshness of the daily catch. All items on the menu are prepared with ingredients of the highest quality. The selection of in-house desserts is tempting. The Wine List includes a large variety of local and foreign wines to please all wine lovers. Service is professional, fast and efficient but not rushed. Open for late lunches. The opening hours listed on this page are valid from 1st April up to 31st October. More detailed opening hours on website or facebook page.

Gelateria Granola is a family run business in the heart of Xlendi. We offer a selection of over 40 different flavors of ice-cream and sorbets, and also many more mouth-watering desserts.
Went here on a couple of hot afternoons and was impressed by the range of ice-creams and sorbets. A must to try, even if you're only here for a short while. On the main town square not far from the bus stop - go on!
