This is my second time at Windsor Station, and yet again I loved the food-- my salad was great, my ribeye was perfect, my friend's orecchiette bolognese was amazing (I sampled) and my cocktails were on point! My beer drinking friends liked the beer selection. We were there for New Year's Eve and had we been younger and had more energy, it would have been a fabulous place to ring in the new year. The staff is friendly. helpful, efficient and smart-- can't ask for more.

We had just visited St Gaudins in Cornish NH and it was noon and we wanted a casual restaurant with really good food. Boston Dreams was easy to find. Near Main Street on State St. We ordered vegetable panini sandwich, chili, coffee, iced tea, soda and a cookie. The sandwich was delicious and had chips on side. The chili was super. The oatmeal cookie was moist and very good. We had a nice table and it had the Valley News newspaper for us to look at. Just what we wanted. Oh and the name comes from the restaurant is decorated with Boston Redsox memorabilia. Nice!

Serving The Best Breakfast ANYWHERE all day, 7 days a week. Also one heck of a lunch. Everything fresh, from scratch, cooked to order. Really good food in really large portions. Plus, Dinosaurs...
We came across this little diner on our way to the Marsh-Billings Rockefeller National Historic Park and decided to stop in for a late lunch. Beginning with just reading the menu, everything was delightful. All menu items are advertised as the REAL thing and the sandwiches we had certainly lived up to that. The servings were huge and could easily be shared. There are also several vegetarian and vegan choices.

Lovely location, try to get table overlooking the water. Our first time here, staying at the resort. The trout was delicious. Here is the way it is described, "maple thyme roasted trout topped with almonds and warm bacon vinaigrette, served with green beans". Service was very good. Chef came out a couple of times to make sure everything was ok.

Excellent little restaurant for which I owe thanks to TripAdvisor writers. We found this as a highly rated restaurant "nearby" and drove here after an atrocious tour of the Harpoon beer factory in Windsor. Rather than eat dinner there, we decided to try this gem of a restaurant in Hartland Four Corners, and I’m so glad we did.
We were fortunate to arrive just early enough in order to grab one of three tables upstairs that were still available without reservation. Downstairs was dark and more pub-like whereas the upstairs was more of a traditional restaurant. The style, architecture, and décor were clearly from the 18th century. The restaurant is family run, which probably includes our waiter who knew the menu inside and out.
We went with the Chicken Carlos and Beef Burgundy special, preceded by fresh homemade bread. Popovers were included, along with free whipped butter, and they were hard to stop eating. Our main dishes were both a hit, although I wouldn’t recommend the Chicken Carlos for those who aren't a fan of black pepper. The beef burgundy must have been a tenderloin cut, and the creamy red wine sauce accompanying it, including the mashed potatoes and mélange of local, organic green beers and roasted beets, was divine.
The only frustration I had with the meal was that the portion for the meat was rather small, but at least it was delicious. At $19, it wasn’t going to ruin the bank either. In the end, our meal for two cost $56 including tip. We did not drink any alcoholic beverages because of our long drive home nor did we succumb to temptation upon seeing the plate for of deserts delivered to our table designed to trigger jaw-dropping awe.
Minor complaint about the music upstairs which was a bit too loud, raunchy, and annoying. It was more appropriate downstairs. Upstairs was classy, and the music should have reflected it.
Great place for a meal if you’re in the area. It was pleasant, well served, healthy, and so so New England!

Mrs. B and I drive over as often as we possibly can from Killington to enjoy the staff, food, and beer. The staff is excellent, constantly on top of everything and very friendly. The food is consistently excellent, and brought out in a timely manner. Mrs. B and I had the Rueben Grill sandwiches with chips which is among the best we have ever been served. The bartender, Brad is so friendly and knowledgeable, always on top of your order. On Sunday your bartender is Jake, as good as Brad, you can't go wrong. When Brad got busy Jenny came over to check on us. That's why this restaurant/pub is always so busy. The beers speak for themselves.

Yummy Fresh made to order sandwiches, salads, soups, hot and cold on delicious bread. It was a chilly day so having a Reuben Sandwich was a perfect selection. Hot tea, Green Mountain Coffees and numerous other beverage selections. Lots of homemade deserts and chocolate treats. They even have a soft ice cream machine with all the sundae trimmings. If you don't feel like taking the time to sit you can buy some of the prepared meals or salads and desserts, including whoopie pies.
Definitely put on you must do list. Also in the area where the town folk have all sorts of pumpkin people in their yards.

Missed our exit on the interstate so we got off in Windsor. Tried to eat at another place, but the wait was well over an hour. Hence, we ended up at Pizza Chef, expecting very little. Boy oh boy were we surprised. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs and one ordered stuffed shells. We all agreed it was the very best sauce we have EVER had in a restaurant. If you like a lightly sweet sauce, this is the place for you. Meatballs and garlic bread were also excellent. Prices very reasonable. Service was quick, even on a Friday night. Highly, highly recommend this place!

Stopped by here for breakfast and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Fresh homemade wheat bread was delicious as was the homemade hash omelette. We my wife's Vermont apple pancakes were also delicious. Our waitress/cook was great and we enjoyed some friendly banter with her. This is definitely a great place to eat and a must stop for breakfast when in the area.

This is a small place you can eat inside at tables, at the counter or outdoors. Breakfast was normal diner food and scrambled eggs and sausage very good...waitress kept the coffee coming. Husband had a big piece of ham. They also do lots in the afternoon and evening with ice cream and soft serve including maple
