This place has the biggest variety of sandwiches you could hope to find. They have wraps, hot sandwiches, cold sandwiches, and deli sandwiches; and all that I have tried are delicious. There is also a quiche of the day. Gaunce's has ample seating space, but carry-out is fast, and every order is wrapped with care and expertise. Everyone on the staff is friendly. Good food, friendly people, great service - what more could you want?!

I recently met friends for lunch and the Cairn. I had a cappuccino and the ham and Swiss sandwich (The Swisster) and both were excellent. The coffee is locally roasted and the Barista did a great job with the cappuccino. The sandwich was really good as well.
If you are looking for a great place for food, coffee and conversation in Winchester, I recommend the Cairn. So good!

I drive by here all the time and finally stopped for lunch with a friend. Wide variety of food and reasonably priced. They are very busy considering where they are located.

At Grace you will find a great atmosphere to have a laugh with a friend, relax and read, or even hang out and work away from the office. Our coffee is 100% Direct Trade from some great national roasters and our menu items are made from the freshest ingredients. Grace also offers a private meeting room that can seat up to 20 or we can even block off our cafe to accommodate up to 50. We also offer catering for anything from coffee and muffins for the office to weddings and banquets.
Grace isn't named after a person, but rather an idea that changed the world. We hope that you will find that theme running through everything we do, from sitting at a table that was repurposed to the fun and welcoming attitude of our staff. Even old coffee beans found a new purpose by becoming a beautiful hand made coffee bar. Grace wants you to find a place where community and relationships can be made over a great cup of coffee and a slice of cheesecake.
We also try to extend grace through giving our tips to organizations like Village Project Africa, where where their mission is to equip women and children with the knowledge and skills they need to provide for themselves and transform their lives and communities. We also have a Pay it Forward board where you can extend a kind gesture to someone whether through buying them a drink or a sandwich.

The Engine House Deli+Pub was opened in June 2015. The location is the site of Winchester's original fire house which is evident in the beautiful arched glass window which acted as the garage where horse-drawn, water tank carriages were pulled in and out. This site also acted as the first Mayor's Office and Public Library. Ambiance is warm and comfortable with nods to the history of the building as well as more contemporary, trendy lighting and decor and 4 larger televisions (most regularly displaying requested sporting events). Food offerings include original sandwiches and plates with fresh, local and scratch-produced ingredients/components. Salads, soups and desserts are also delicious and well thought out. The full bar celebrates local and regional craft beers with 10 taps. Inexpensive wine offerings and a selection of well, call and craft spirits focusing on upwards of 9 KY Bourbons. Please come let us serve you. Our staff is down-home-friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. We strive to make every meal a great experience for you!
Ate here during lunch and had the Rufus (fried chicken breast sandwich with honey mustard slaw on it) and homemade potato chips. The sandwich was the bomb but the potato chips were just strange. They would have been better warm, but instead they were cold and flavorless.
I called this review identity crisis because the restaurant had a very creative and classy food selection but the ambience was just weird. Instead of cloth napkins, there were entire rolls of paper towels on the table, drinks were served in plastic Coca Cola glasses that you'd find at Pizza Hut, and the beer cheese dip was served in little clear plastic containers with Zesta saltine crackers.
I understand the building was very old, but it could have been a whole lot cooler. The bathroom was like what I expect to see at a run down truck stop. You could actually see your butt when you sat on the toilet because there was a weird mirror behind the toilet. I was thinking there may be a glory hole somewhere if I just looked a little harder.
Please fix up the interior of the restaurant and serve your food on nicer dishes. Your location is too nice to waste the chance to have a really cool place.

Came in on a Saturday night around 6:30 pm. We were seated right away. There are 2 entrances to the restaurant and to the bar. Thete eere sevrral TV's around with ball games on. We started with fried banana peppers with cocktail sauce. Tangy, fried goodness. The side salad was not good. Lettuce (bagged), tomatoes, cucs, red onion. I asked for cheese to go on it. I got the sirloin steak and a baked potato. Not the best I've ever had but good. Big baked potato. My son got the fried shrimp and thought it was good. Service was excellent!! Total bill for 3 no alcohol was $65.

We went to the Graze 2 on Limestone. Couldn't find their page. Same great food and service. Small menu and limited number of tables. But it's worth the trip. Make reservations. Everything is good.

we stopped here for lunch and it was worth it! they had many types of burgers and unique appetizers and great dinner options if we had been there later in the day. they had "lamb fries" which were done right! this is a hard item to find on any menu! this place had a full service bar and an outdoor deck with a view of the river. the original tavern was built in the 1700's.
