Originated on a working cattle ranch, the Bar J Chuckwagon takes you back to the spirit of the old west with a relaxing atmosphere, rib stickin' meal and authentic cowboy entertainment. The Bar J Wranglers will entertain the entire family as they take you down memory trail with songs, stories, comedy, yodeling, fiddling and more! Experience an evening you'll never forget at the Bar J Chuckwagon. The gates open at 5:30pm and the dinner bell rings promptly at 7:00pm. For the best seats come early. Visit our western village where gift shops await, take a horse-drawn wagon ride through scenic attractions, sample Dutch oven biscuits, enjoy refreshments from our Waterin' Hole, and chat with the Wranglers! With a seating capacity of 750 people, it may surprise many to know that we serve all our guests in less than 25 minutes. We can easily handle tour groups or convention parties with true western hospitality.
This is a very popular chuckwagon show and I guess that it's very well known in this part of the country. The place holds about 700 people and they do their best to fill every last seat. Reservations are strongly suggested. They do the shows every night, 7 nights a week, for 4 months straight. The dinner is pretty much what you'd expect for this kind of venue..., steak and potatoes with beans. I had the rib eye steak which cooked well enough, though it had a lot of hard grissley bits to it that made it kind of hard to cut and to chew. But it was still good, and I enjoyed my meal.
The dinner show was outstanding and extremely entertaining. They bill themselves as the Bar J Wranglers and they sing there way through a whole medley of western songs. Well worth the price for both the meal and the show. I would definitely recommend coming here at least once while visiting Teton Village.
This is 'family seating' where everyone sits on long picnic benches with tables. Everyone is very tight for space, so it's not for everyone on a crowded evening. But it's a good way to meet people.

Stopped for breakfast last Saturday. Had the everything bagel with salmon, cream cheese, sprouts and cucumber. One of best breakfast sandwiches ever!! a little pricey at $8.50 but worth it. It was very busy but they are very fast and the gals were all very pleasant to the customers. would definitely return.

Bin22 in Jackson Hole reflects the sophisticated energy of New York City and the rustic elegance of the Italian countryside, all in a quaint space in the heart of Jackson. This cozy downtown addition flaunts a diverse selection of great value wines, craft beers and regional spirits unparalleled by any shop in the Valley. Adjacent to the libations lies a small grocer featuring homemade pastas, pizza dough, cheeses, salumi, ice cream and more. Venture beyond the specialty grocer and bottle shop to the intimate wine bar area and outdoor deck, open for lunch and dinner daily. Order from the extensive wine, beer and cocktail menu while enjoying Spanish and Italian style tapas and delectable desserts. Belly up to one of the community tables and get lost amidst the rustic wood surroundings or stop for a quick visit with the cheese monger pulling fresh mozzarella at the open kitchen window. Sip Wyoming Whiskey from the state's first legal distillery, poured straight from the cask behind the marble bar. An experience for the senses, Bin22 offers a contemporary take on an old world culinary experience.
Great decor, fantastic dishes, smallish but interesting wine selection. I’ll give it 5 stars for the food and wine. But the service really only deserves 3 - sporty availability, poor timing on the plates, and servers talking loudly about nonsense. Still worth a visit.

Local establishment close to the square. Friendly, laid back vibe makes a great place to take a break and enjoy your choice of coffees. Some intriguing local versions of your typical coffee house offerings. Mine wasn't great, but the overall experience was worth the visit. Some cool merchandise is available also.

Join us at the Calico Restaurant, Jackson Hole's favorite neighborhood eating establishment. Since 1966 the family friendly Calico has been serving great, value oriented dinners to locals and visitors alike. Italian specialties including hand thrown pizza, plus locally raised, grass fed beef, free-range, organic chicken, fresh fish, hearty salads, and fresh made breads and desserts. Enjoy the outside deck while the kids play on the one and one half acre lawn. Full bar.
There were four in our party and three agreed that the best thing about our meal was the Caesar salad they had. It was very tasty and excellent. One person had the pasta primevara and said it was good. The other three entrees were some form of Alfredo pasta. The version with chicken was served without sauce while the version with shrimp had three shrimp that had apparently been cooked (microwaved?) so long that they were rock hard. The plain version was OK. All three with the Alfredo pasta thought that the pasta was overcooked. The service was very good but the restaurant was noisy.

The taxi driver who took us to our hotel from the Jackson Hole airport explained how special the burgers were, so we went there for dinner the first night. They were incredibly busy, but the staff were friendly and gracious. We started sitting at the bar and moved to a table when one opened up.
My husband wasn’t hungry, but I was, so I reluctantly agreed to share a burger with him after seeing that they were 8 ounces with a huge mound of fries. The taxi driver suggested asking for a mix of potatoes and sweet potatoes. Both were excellent, but we loved the sweet potatoes more. The burger was incredibly good. We asked if they were open the next day, Wednesday, for lunch, because we were joining a winter tour of Yellowstone and had a 6 PM meeting. Unfortunately, they are only open on weekends in winter.
The next day for lunch I tried the steak burger at Local. It was very disappointing in comparison to MacPhail’s, so we returned to MacPhail’s after our tour meeting and were greeted like old friends. Even the guy who grinds the beef came out to talk to us. We ordered the burger with sweet potato fries and walked the 0.8 miles back to our hotel happy to have gotten more of the outstanding burger and fries. Don’t miss it!

Streetfood at the Stagecoach, the newest restaurant in the famous Stagecoach bar is here to serve you some old favorites and some new classics. Stop in to try our interpretations of global street foods including authentic Mexican tacos and quesadillas, crave worthy sandwiches such as our Cuban or banh mi, and of course the unbeatable gyro.
Among the 39 non fast food burgers I’ve sampled this year, there is a middle echelon which doesn’t presume to be a $16-20 premium burger but which is a standard above what’s typically found for dinner in a bar, diner or family restaurant. The “Coach Burger,” though found in the famous Stagecoach Bar, is no furschlugginer bar burger! It’s think and juicy and can come with a variety of upgrades and is eminently satisfying! Mine was perfectly rare as requested, a trick not every restaurant has been able to perform. My $10 burger became accessorized with pepper jack cheese and crispy onions for only $1.50. Further, I swapped out fries for cumin onion rings for only $2.00. The rings have a light, non overbearing tempura batter and a slight zing that was a very pleasant surprise!
I highly recommend Street Food at the ‘Coach.

Inspired by bakeries in France and beyond, Persephone Bakery Boulangerie and Cafe remains rooted in Wyoming, a local orientation expressed in our breakfast and lunch menus' focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients. The cafe carries a core collection of classic artisanal breads as well as a spectrum of sweets, from French croissants and kouign amann to macarons and tarts. To complement our creations, Persephone proudly carries Chicago-based artisanal roaster Intelligentsia Coffee. Housemade flavor syrups and European hot chocolate round out the barista bounty.
I absolutely love macaroons and the Persephone Bakery was able to provide the perfect combination of taste, texture and artistic design with each macaroon! They had them decorated for Valentine's Day and absolutely delightful! The other baked goods were also fabulous- I have celiac and they had a citrus cake for me and a variety of other non-GF options for my family members! We frequently travel to Jackson Hole and this will be a new tradition each time we go!

My family and I stopped in for breakfast at Nora’s at the suggestion of family members in town. We were not disappointed.
The restaurant has a great, laid-back kind of feel. The service was outstanding. And all of the breakfast items that we had were well prepared, tasty and affordable.
We certainly will be returning here again on our next trip.
