My wife and I went with Friends for dinner in January and to our surprise the owner had renovated.
The restaurant has been transformed, fabulous, what a wonderful job.
The food quality remains superb and quite affordable thanks to Chris’s attention in the kitchen.
Wonderful atmosphere, great cuisine!!
Reservation are a must.

We dined here for my birthday lunch, and, especially to sample their crepes!!!
We were immediately welcomed with a mixture of French and English, and a table set out, complete with checkered tablecloth and a view out the window,
We ordered crepes, of course, which came with a small salad and we ordered Prosecco!
Our crepes were goat cheese and sautéed apple, Beef Bourgingnion, and mushroom and chicken. All DELICIOUS!!!!!
My husband ordered the bread pudding and I ordered the Tarte Tartin which they gave me gratuity, as it was my birthday.
I can hardly wait to return for a dinner!!!!!!

This is a really busy restaurant -- but that's a sign of good things in the kitchen! We made a reservation for Saturday night and I would strongly recommend calling in advance coz the place was packed! The decor is very charming an reminded us of a recent cruise through the Greek isles. It's not too "kitchy", but you definitely feel like you are going to be having an authentic experience. Lovely archways and columns and the tables are set with fresh linens, fresh flowers and candles. The manager was extremely attentive (we loved the Ouzo) and our server was very friendly and fun!!

I'm still swooning over how wonderful the squash ravioli was. The rose sauce included slices of sun-dried tomatoes, little packets of intensely flavoured goodness! It was divine!
I attended a baby shower held at Bella Notte, the sort of experience where the food could be middling and the service difficult as a limited menu was offered all at once to 30 or more people. But that is not what happened. The roasted tomato soup was very nice, with lovely depth of flavour, and the squash ravioli fantastic.
The service was excellent, with the servers working quickly and pleasantly to support the large group. They were able to deal with some small challenges very well, meeting them with warmth and grace.
I will certainly go out of my way to have dinner there in the future - highly recommend it based on our lovely lunch

Very interesting appetizers. Strong catering division with a variety of options. We accommodate food allergies and in tolerances whenever possible. Reservations always appreciated. We went to Chatterpaul's on Saturday for dinner. We ordered off the Whitbylicious menu because my husband wanted Frog's legs for an appetizer. The appetizer's were delicious but we were a little disappointed in the main course and the Deserts which literally were only two bites. I know it was a price fix menu but kind of disappointing given we have been to Chatterpaul's many times before and also saw the portions on other plates to find ours was drastically less. Even on the price fix menu our bill was over $100.00. Even though the restaurant was not very busy at the time we went the service to receive our drinks was very slow. However, the food was very good.

Went for lunch on a quiet Sunday afternoon. Food was excellent and the staff were friendly. The surfer girl vegetarian burrito was great. Filling but not overly so. My daughter loved her enchiladas and my husband enjoyed his beef burrito. The deep fried ice cream was excellent.

We were there for a birthday party -- 10 of us. Found the restaurant looked good and the food was OK but I was miffed right off the bat with the front service. We had brought a few cupcakes for a friends birthday. Immediately told we couldn't bring them in. What? Never had that happen in a restaurant before. They offered a birthday dessert gift for our friend but seriously? 10 people all paying. Bush.

We were visiting Brooklin this week, celebrating my Dad's 90th birthday. My sister suggested Corrados for lunch. Good service, good food with very generous portions. All in all, a very nice lunch. I had their Lasagna which was excellent.

I tried Baldwin Street Burger for the first time this past weekend, going in pretty skeptical as EVER burger joint says "we are the best".. And.. this place proved that statement in every bite! WOW... I cannot believe I have been missing out for so long!
The dining room is small, maybe 9 tables or so - and we did have to wait for a table to free-up, but wasn't too long. The place is clean, warm and inviting. I ordered the French Onion burger with the Southern Style Mac & Cheese, my lovely dinner date ordered the Steak Dinner Burger with the Poutine & Vanilla Milkshake. We did wait about 35 minutes for our meal to come out (but the place was rammed) and it was worth every minute.
The bun was excellent, the taste of the burger meat was incredible and the toppings were outstanding. Neither burger was messy either!!! It was cooked literally to perfection, hot and juicy with TONS of flavor. The Mac & Cheese was good & filling, however as it cooled down, it wasn't the greatest. As for the Poutine, it was really delicious with proper cheese curds, the fries are as you expected, hot, crisp & delicious.
There is NO disappointment with Baldwin Street Burger - the food is outstanding and I really cannot wait for my next visit! - Keep it up! -
