We called on a Saturday night around 5:45 and the hostess told us to come right over.
We were delighted and enjoyed a wonderful meal in a romantic setting.
We had a very nice waiter named Jake and ordered crabmeat in angel hair pasta, and cioppino. Both were amazing. Salad comes with dinner. Prices were decent. The dessert was so yummy, we had 2 flavors of gelato. Toasted Coconut and Hazelnut.
We can't wait to go back there again. Happy Customers here!

Del Buono's changed hands a few years ago but the new owner kept a lot of the charm of the place. It is an old-time bakery for rolls and buns (though they add more sweets all the time and their sticky buns are sooo good). There is a big oven that you can watch the rolls exiting, and conveyor belts that run around the store which transport the rolls. The prices are fantastic and you can't beat a roll still warm from baking.

We had dinner here on a Tuesday night and good thing we made reservations as they were very busy. We were warmly greeted by the owner/hostess and seated on arrival. We started with the portobello mushrooms with melted cheeses and rose sauce. Unique and very good. Bread was also brought to the table. Butter and Olive oil - but no balsamic vinegar. We also had bruschetta, antipasto, and marinated carrots. My wife had the special - lobster and seafood with cavatelli pasta in a rose sauce and I had the Vitello Mare e Monti, veal medallions with jumbo shrimp, prosciutto with cheese and a mushroom demiglasse. Everything was great, timed well and the service was very good. A real bonus was being able to bring our own wine which they allow and do not charge a corkage fee. This makes for a great meal at a very reasonable total cost. My wife appreciated they left the small bowl of parmigiana-reggiano cheese on the table when the main courses were served. We shared a chocolate lovers cake for dessert that was very good. Overall this was a great dinner in a warm atmosphere at very good prices.

We ate here for lunch on a weekend and didn't realize they would be serving brunch. This was not an issue and the waiter provided us a lunch menu where most items were available to order. The service here was excellent and the food was good. One thing I didn't care for was the door to the kitchen looked very dirty.

After a long day in the city, the Metro Diner was a great stop for dinner. Traveling with our teen Girl Scout Troop, this diner had something for everyone. Our server, Wendy, was very friendly and accommodating with all our requests. Portions were great and food was served fresh. Our meals were from all over the menu, including grilled chicken, cheese steak, egg sandwich w/pork roll, chicken fingers, etc. Most of the girls were not able to finish their meals, but we still took a chocolate cake to go for later!

Informal BYOB Italian eatery where the emphasis is on the traditional homestyle Italian cooking. Managed by Angelo Lutz, Philly's original Kitchen Consigliere, and located in Collingswood, NJ
Everyone is friendly and inviting...but Tiffany is my favorite. You would think she is a member of the family with the way she interacts with you and your table. Everything on the menu is wonderful. Each dish better than the next. Make sure to listen to the specials. No matter what you choose you will NOT be disappointed. It's an old school restaurant with a modern twist with old school values and top notch staff. You will not be able to clean your plate, as the portions are huge. Don't miss the opportunity to eat hear. If it is crowded, which it is often, because, yes it is that good, it can be a bit loud/noisy, but this is typical of old style Italian culture. Just like Sunday dinner at home growing up.

I grew up going here and it is by far the best! Their cake is amazing. Can't get over their sticky buns and butter cookies too! My family only gets cakes from them for over 40 years! My Granny's 80th birthday cake was gone with no leftovers! We should have gotten a bigger cake it was such a hit. Everyone was talking about it at the party!

Yet another truly enjoyable dinner at Max’s. All the many times we have been here we left fully satisfied. They just changed the menu a few days ago and the food is great. The presentation and the service were flawless this time. The prices for a bottle of wine reasonable.

You won't be disappointed trying this excellent diner for just about any meal. Breakfast is their best meal and the pancakes are superb.

As I walked in the Diner was very clean and nicely decorated we were seated right away. The waitress came we ordered coffee she came back we ordered breakfast my husband had the cream chipped beef with side of sausage, but before I go on I am not a breakfast person so I ordered a well done English Muffin it was okay not well done enough for me and they must use unsalted butter my real complaint was my coffee just wasn't hot enough I hate a coffee that doesn't come out steaming. As I looked around at the other patrons they do serve quite a nice breakfast portion for the price, although I thought for my husband breakfast and with me with only a muffin a 2 cups of coffee for $17.00 was a little high but I do realize the cost of food. Yhe owner did come by and asked if everything was ok. As we left to pay the bill I took a business card and told the owner I would be writing a review he offered me a wooden handmade rose which was a very nice gesture.
