Chicken, burgers, soft serve ice cream covers most of the menu. Great place for the occasional fried chicken fix. Expect to get your weekly allotment of sodium all at once but still a nice treat.

Fun if you can get their when the "hot now" light is on. Oh my! All you need is coffee or milk (yes, they have them) & you might be amazed how many you can eat if you have a sweet tooth!!!

We visited here the other day while in
columbia for a business trip. We wanted to get a quick lunch between meetings.
I ordered the hamburger steak with macaroni and cheese and green beans. My colleague ordered fried chicken and a couple of sides.
The restaurant was really busy even though we got there early. We ended up sitting at the bar.
We got really good service and the food was really good.
We will definitely be back here again as it's very near our office in columbia.

Restored 1920's era building. Eclectic decor that supports the local art community. 1
Four of us stopped in for an early dinner. The service was decent on the patio. The blt and veggie burger were just okay. The fried green tomatoes appetizer and kids chicken were better. Nice beer selection. Would probably not return.

I stopped by D's on a random Monday night for some quick takeout based on TripAdvisor reviews, but the place was mobbed! I ended up having a beer at the bar while waiting for my order, it was packed but cozy and I could totally see coming often to hang out if I lived locally.
The food was good though I do prefer my wings less saucy. I really enjoyed the wings and the bacon cheese fries were also good (obviously). Service was friendly and relatively quick despite the crowd. Will come back.

Chef-Driven Restaurant in Columbia, SC featuring dishes prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients paired with quality cocktails and exciting wine list.
Always a great time, as well as great food, delicious wines and terrific service. The bartenders are some of the best you'll find anywhere. Andy always steers me in the right direction with both drink orders, as well as suggestions from the menu. Chef Mike is both creative and traditional with this offerings ..... hard to go wrong with any selection, but we always enjoy the pimento cheese pizza direct from their wood-fired oven.,..mmmm...pizza and wine...nothing wrong with that, my friends! But...Don't be hesitant to be order anything. The salad with deep fried goat cheese is one of my favorite salads in town,

The friendly staff is welcoming & service is fast. Food is very good, portions are filling, prices include lunch specials for $8.99. Can't beat it with a stick!

Again, a visit to the Columbia restaurant that serves up the very best hamburgers, for my money, in town has continued its excellence!
In fact, the hamburger specials have been so good that I almost never ordered anything else! Today that changed and my non-hamburger food was also excellent!
Thanks to the management and staff for wonderful food and service!

My wife and I drove 2 hours to try this Italian restaurant after reading about it online. We love small privately owned restaurants and this one seemed interesting. Unfortunately our experience was mixed. The ambiance of the place is kind of an eclectic collection of random art and photos haphazardly thrown on brightly painted walls. The service was good, nothing to complain about. We started off with a spinach and artichoke dip which was very good. Unfortunately, whoever plated our appetizer deliberately placed several pieces of severally burned flatbread chared side down to hide the mistake. When we pointed it out to the server she brought more flatbread. We filled the appetizer with the baked spaghetti (actually angel hair pasta). The flavor was really good but the temperature of the dish was not quite warm enough. We decided to take it home with us. It was much better heated. We wrapped up our dinner with the tiramisu. It was delicious, some of the best I have had. All total the meal was $43 with water to drink and before gratuities. If the bread has not been burned and the pasta had been hot I would have given it a 4-5. I might stop by again if I am in the neighborhood but I won't go out of my way to revisit.

Just had a late lunch here today with my husband and a cousin. It is a small, dinky place but the food was fantastic. I had the chopped pork with Mac and cheese and green beans. You get your choice of sauce for the pork and I chose the vinegar because that is what I grew up on in NC. The pork was smoky with just enough crunchy bits in it. The mac and cheese was wonderful also. The big surprise for me was the side dish of rice and hash. I had never heard of this before and it looked less than appetizing but it was delicious! The only disappointment for me was the lack of hushpuppies. But that is such a small thing as the rest of the food was perfection.
