Absolutely LOVE going to The Native Bagel. All of the girls know my family and my family knows all of the girls. The employees genuinely care about everyone they talk with. The food is delicious. One of the best Cinnamon Buns around so make sure you get there early before they're gone.

We were staying at the Canyon Motel and I had a craving for sugar late at night. Hooray for DD's being open 24hrs. Nice staff, fresh doughnuts and very hot coffee!

I rated Peggy's Candies for the peanut butter chocolate cookies I bought as they were very good. Would have rated the store excellent if they had cinnamon buns for me to try. We specifically stopped in there to try them as they advertise having them. On that day we were told none were made because they were expanding to next door.

This was our 2nd set of visits to The Steak House; we were here the last time we visited Wellsboro for one of their festival weekends. Great Food and sitting at the bar--only a few seats though--is a nice experience. Clientele/staff is friendly; Chris, the hostess, and Geoff, the bartender contribute to the friendly atmosphere...both owners, I believe. Local color at the bar. If you like bourbon, ask Geoff to make you his "smoker". Filet and prime rib were nicely prepared. Lunch during the Dicken's Festival was from a limited menu, but also very good. We will return every time we are in Wellsboro.

Just stopped in because we had some time before we were taking a ride on the Tioga Railroad. The clerks were very sweet and friendly. We purchased some bulked packed candy, just picked early strawberries, and the best soft ice cream twist in a cake cone. We both got small cones .. a huge small cone for the price but absolutely the best tasting soft ice cream that we both had in a long time. If we are ever in the area again ... I will get a large cone.

Went here the night of the Dickens Festival in Wellsboro. Bar was basically empty but the bartender [owner?] was in the midst of paperwork so service was initially slow. BUT, then things got better. His "secret recipe" Bloody Mary was the best I've had and, of course, he would not divulge his secret ingredients....DRATS! Soup and salad bar is tasty and has a nice selection. Our salmon on a plank was excellent. This was our 2nd time here and we will return again. Reservations recommended.

This is a little off the main street but well worth the stop. It has 34 flavors of ice cream, soft ice cream, and frozen yogurt. Also has an ice cream bar with lots of extra toppings to try. Next door to the parlor is a game room. Ice cream is excellent.

A high point of our visit to the area. At least 5 vegetarian options at a food truck - fantastic! I had a grilled mozzarella and tomato sandwich on focaccia that was delicious. The tomatoes were so ripe and fresh. Veggie burger and portobella mushroom sandwich also great. My son had a cheeseburger with a specialty sauce he loved. Definitely worth a visit. Sorry we weren't there long enough to go back!

Very casual restaurant in the small town of Wellsboro. The food was good. The menu offered a wide variety and was reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly. I would visit again if in the area.

Prices a little steep, but the service was great and so was the beer and food. Would stop again when I'm town.
