Big Al's has been our favorite local Pizza spot since opening well over a decade ago. The menu is full of great options, many of which are gourmet and unique. Portions are generous, very tasty, and done with highest quality ingredients. Service is exceptional, pleasant, friendly, respectful. There are several beers on tap and plenty of other bottled beer and wine choices. The inside decor makes you feel at home, cozy, stylish, very clean.

Great coffee whether hot or cold. Nothing better than the iced Oreo coffee black! Their donuts are fresh and their egg sandwiches are made with real eggs!

Ordered Take Out. Pizza was good. Everyone liked it. Staff was friendly. Would order from here again if in the area. Have ordered in the past and always was good.

We have been to the Lemongrass on two different occasions with another couple. Always warm and friendly people. Explain all the dishes and the salad has a yummy dressing on it. We had Curry chicken, home rice and Hibachi shrimp and beef. All were cooked to perfection. Great experience we will be back again soon.

Lunch with a friend. I usually don't go to Asian restaurants only take out but I haven't had Asian in awhile. The one disappointment I had is they no longer had Keno. The service is mediocre but the huge menu and food were wonderful. My friend ordered a lunch combo of beef and broccoli with pork fried rice, crab Rangoon and wings. The plate was huge. I ordered the trending "Bento Box". It was a box like dish with 5 compartments. There are 6 different choices on the menu.
Each compartment Was filled with my choice of beef and scallions It was thin sliced beef wrapped around scallions in a gravy. It also came with white rice, 2 steamed dumplings with sauce 5 pieces of California roll and pineapple. I also had a choice of Miso soup or salad. I ordered the salad thinking it was something Asian but no, only the usual fare nothing special. Reasonably priced around $10 a piece. Small pretty interior but nice. Ordered a Mai Tai. Something strange about it but Okay. Very Good

Stopped in the other day for supper by myself. ordered the Lobster Roll ($21.99) with sweet potato fries and cole slaw. It was THE BEST lobster roll i have ever had, and trust me, I have had lobster rolls all over New England. I ate at the bar since i was alone, but it was super loud and the bar maid was not very efficient. she seemed to be catering to the regulars and it took her about 15 minutes to take my drink order and another 15 to get my food order. i found that a little irritating, since it was a Tuesday and it wasn't really that busy. When i go back with my wife, we'll definitely be eating in the dining room. hopefully the service will be better. so if your craving a lobster roll, there is no place else to get the best one you will ever have. just avoid the bar is you dont like noisy people and slow service.

We had Carl’s Oxford Diner in mind for lunch today, but upon our arrival there, were disappointed to learn that they were closed from 9/5 thru 9/17 (whether it was for renovations or just vacation, we do not know). We considered a couple of places in Oxford and Webster, but finally decided to check in at an old haunt of ours: Lake Pizza. We had not been in over 20 years, and were surprised and happy to see the changes that had taken place there, mainly, the addition of a bar, and the new and improved dining room.
The two of us were promptly seated in a very comfortable/roomy booth and served by a very pleasant young lady. Although we found many of the menu items tempting, we knew we wanted pizza. The meatball and ricotta combo we had (loaded with toppings, including an abundance of gooey mozzarella) was quite tasty and too huge for us to finish (we brought half of it home). My companion enjoyed a cold Sam Adams draft ($3.50), and I, an iced tea. While we did have to wait the requisite 20 minutes for the pizza, the service of our drinks was prompt, as was the delivery of our check when we requested it.
We would not hesitate to return and venture from pizza to their other menu items when in the area again.

The Lobster Nook is family restaurant specializing in seafood and more. We offer indoor and outdoor seating, a new menu full of options for everyone, and a small friendly crew here to serve you!
We visited three years ago and loved this place. On a recent visit, we found that so much had changed. The lobster tanks were empty, cleanliness was no longer a priority (floors, tables, windows), staff was unprofessional and inexperienced and food was just subpar - if that.
We ordered a few lobster rolls - some hot, some cold. It was clear from the first bite for all of us that the lobster was not fresh. It was not sweet, it was chewy - it was all wrong. The hot roll had a claw and some knuckle meat. NO butter, NO sauce of any kind...a few pieces of lettuce, not-very-good lobster on a hot dog bun. That was it. The cold roll had no flavor. No seasoning - just blah. Fries were okay. Cole slaw wasn't horrible. An incredible disappointment for all of us - especially considering this was not the experience we had a few years ago. I wish we had checked Trip Advisor before this last visit as it's clear that something is going on. Perhaps we should've known as it was a weekend afternoon (around lunch time) and we were the only people there.
Not sure if they can turn things around but, keep checking the reviews and if they don't improve, skip the Lobster Nook the next time around.

Panera Bread is our choice for restaurant chains when we choose to eat healthy meals. They are typically clean and the food always appears fresh. The menu has healthy options for all tastes.
