Offering you creative and exciting dishes in pasta, fresh seafood, grilled steaks, and other great dishes, the Coyote Grill continues to keep you on the cutting edge of new cuisine. Sean Stout provides you with the finest in food, service and enjoyment. Enjoy your dinner in the Coyote Den while overlooking the breathtaking view of Mt. Tecumseh (4,003'), Mt. Osceola (4,340'), and Snow's Mountain (2,810'). Maybe even see a moose grazing around Corcoran Pond. Built from the lumber of a 200 year old local barn, this rustic looking and feeling dining area makes a perfect place for your wedding reception or next business function.
Went back for another dinner because we were told the chef would have elk on the menu. To the disappointment of my friends, it didn't happen. The dish I ordered was also disappointing. The stuffed bell peppers were tasteless. The dessert was still good though. We sent on a Monday night, so it's quite but there was only one wait staff. So, service was slow.

An intimate Cafe featuring baked goods, sandwiches, salads, soups, beer and wine as well as espresso drinks
We were looking to grab a quick bite before a game. We found this spot as it didn't look like there were many options. We had egg sandwiches and an organic green tea. Both were excellent and we returned every morning. The staff was very...MoreThank you very much and we re glad you liked us !

We have visited this restaurant for lunch and dinner. Both meals were exceptional. Drinks are made with all fresh ingredients. Food portions are plentiful and expertly prepared. From fajitas to carnitas, from burritos to chimichangas - everything was delicious and beautiful. Restaurant decor is bright and eye catching, complemented by countless floor to ceiling French Doors which are opened on pleasant days. The staff are eager to please their patrons, and are extremely friendly. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Waterville Valley. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

Located in the Town Square, across from Old Waterville Pizza
I didn't much care for the setting. Our families had to go up the counter and put in and pay for our order and pick it up and get our condiments and beverages instead of being waited on. Totally unexpected as we were ready to be served. Not my cup of tea but it can be for someone else. To top it all off the food was just ok. So it didn't compensate for my self-serve. For me, not one I would go back to.

Gourmet cocoa, specialty coffees, fondues, fresh baked pastries, soups and great views!
The Schwendi continues to be our favorite ski lodge. The views are great on a clear day. The baked goods are very tasty. You must try the cinnamon bun. The entries are usually very good and much more interesting than standard ski lodge food. The down side of this lodge is that it is small so time your visits to beat the morning breakfast rush or lunch rush.

You would think with this location that you would have a fantastic pizza place, disappointed, buy Ellios from freezer section of a grocery store, that is what it compares too. We did reheat it the next day and it was better, very doughy.

We went there a couple of Saturdays ago. THE WORST NACHOS we have ever had along with this the most rubbery chicken wings. The nachos were a bucket of tortilla chips covered in melted cheese wiz, no taste no flavor no originality. The chicken wings were not crisp but rubbery, thank god they were cooked. And to top it off, all over priced...

Awesome atmosphere with an exclusive mountain side reception, music, and gourmet dinner followed by a night ski down the mountain!I'm so glad you enjoyed Starry Nights! It's one of our favorite events to put on and we love it when our guests have as much fun as we do. Bring some friends when we do them again next year!

Pub style Restaurant in the heart of Waterville Valley
Went for an early dinner on Saturday with a couple of friends. They were out of potato salad and champagne vingerette. The mashed potato that came with BBQ ribs looked like it's 2 days old. Dry and disgusting looking. The fish and were not made to order and the fish was dry. Disappointed overall!
