Had a family outing and had a range of dishes from pastas to fish dishes and the first and only word that came to mind was SALTY, way too much salt used in the kitchen. This was the consensus from four people with four different taste buds in their expectations in food taste.
Basically, this is a take-out pizzeria joint trying to be an Italian restaurant with dine-in service. Oh, pizza is not on the menu in the restaurant side of the house.

The bakery and cafe is known for its wide variety of cupcakes, gourmet cookies, specialty cakes, pastries, crumb cake, scones, muffins, and quiche. We also have lattes, coffee, cappuccino, espresso, hot chocolate, tea, and chia tea.
We tried a German Chocolate cupcake from here at the Gardiner Cupcake Festival. German Chocolate isn't my thing, so the topping didn't do anything for me (though a German Chocolate connoisseur may very well have loved it), but I'm a cake person, and the chocolate cake itself was on point: fine, tender, moist, and just dense enough. The cake itself warrants a visit to the bakery to check out some more treats from these folks!

a very moderately priced lunch menu with lots of choices. lunch is not as crowded as dinner. you should call ahead to reserve a table. service is very quick and professional, never an empty glass/beverage. also byob with a wine store next door. delicious italian and mexican choices.

Here for a funeral reception. Atmosphere was good. Flow of lines to food good and plenty of food to satisfy.
Staff was cordial but not overly friendly.
Food quality was good...not great....would not likely return.
No chicken parm was odd and food was warm only...not hot.
Lastly, the water. The tap water served had a strange flavor I could not get over. Bit of a mix of minerals and bad washing of the pitchers. I swear I almost poured it back into the pitcher the water was so offensive.

We serve hard and soft ice cream, shakes, floats, sherbet, yogurt, Italian ice, slush drinks, cyclones, and ice cream cakes.
I grew up visiting Weirs. It is such a wonderful family owned business. When visiting my hometown with my kids I had to go and share the experience with them. The ice cream is still fantastic as is the service.

The reviews really set the bar high and we were disappointed. The chicken salad tasted like Mrs Stratton’s and my husbands philly came with American cheese slices. The fries were nothing to write home about.
Service was friendly and fast. I can’t say we recommend eating here unless you like so-so diner food. Nothing seemed scratch made but rather frozen and Sysco type food.

We have been coming here on for over a year...all times...weekend brunch, lunch, dinner. The food is fresh, the service is fantastic and the prices are incredibly good value. A real winner! Best kept secret in Monroe. It's like a little bit of Italy set down in a strip mall. Just proves great things are often in small packages!

We visited this diner when they 1st opened up & it was nice. Our recent visit was just ok. They do now serve liquor & have their brick oven up & running but the Food was still a bit bland. We also felt we were not given the same service as others & because of this will not be returning anytime soon.

We made a quick trip to the outlet mall nearby but read about Cosimo's on TripAdvisor and thought it would be better than any of the fast food at the mall. We both had pizza- mine had eggplant and my husband's had spinach and ricotta. It was definitely better than the alternatives although the restaurant was fairly empty and we were seated looking at the bathrooms which didn't make sense. Also, the white napkins shed all over our clothes.

The servers were friendly and attentive. I had a falafel plate that was completely yummy. The portions were large enough that I had two meals. I don't normally like baklava. I decided to try it and it was incredible!!! I highly recommend Allan's Falafel!!!
