Paramour Coffee is an artisan roastery and cafe in Wamego, Kansas. We expertly select and roast the finest Arabica beans, and serve a full menu of coffee and espresso drinks. Owner and master roaster Jim Hovind was trained by the specialty coffee industry's founding fathers, Alfred Peet and Sal Bonavita. All of our delicious baked goods are formulated and baked daily on-site. The bacon-maple scone is a must, as are the fresh, gourmet muffins made with seasonal ingredients. Paramour...love your coffee!
Just ordered more coffee online. We used to live in Wamego and was there when Jim opened the shop. His knowledge about coffee and the life stories will amaze you! Since then we've lived in Montgomery, Tallahassee, and now in Gainesville, Florida and haven't found anything close to what Jim has created. We will continue to order his coffee online.

It's a great little themed locally owned establishment.
Since we were already in town and it was dinner time, thought we would keep the theme going. The guys working on this Saturday evening were very nice. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the portions.
Fairly good size establishment, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stop agian if in the area.

My wife I think enjoyed the food more than I did. The place is located very close to the Oz Museum, and with it being a small time this restaurant by default will get additional patrons. Not a bad meal, but wouldn't go out of my way to visit. The cheese filled pretzel sticks are identical to the ones my dad used to thaw for me as a kid

Good broasted chicken, homemade slaw, and potato salad. Order largest sides for a group. Their small side is around 8 oz. Call in ahead to order. But, it is worth the wait. Do not forget desert:) It is not called the Kream Kup for nothing. Wamego's little treasure.

We've stopped by this place twice, once on a Friday night and sat outside, and once for lunch indoors. Both were good experiences! The wait staff is friendly and accommodating, there is a great selection of beer/cocktails, and the food was great. Very relaxed atmosphere. They have specials and also a monthly burger. Try their homemade potato chips!

We ate here on a Wednesday evening, arriving about 6:30 pm. The complimentary chips and salsa were pretty standard fare, the salsa was a bit less zingy than La Fiesta's in Manhattan. The queso was mild and tasty.
I had the carnitas with corn tortillas on the side. They were the best carnitas I’ve had in this area, nicely moist and flavorful. They surpassed the many carnitas meals I’ve had at La Fiesta and El Tapatio. The rice was light and fluffy and lightly seasoned. The refried beans topped with cheese were pretty standard. Overall, it was a very good meal for a good price.
The kitchen did mess up my wife’s order, so she had to wait a bit to have it replaced with the proper one.
I will definitely come back to try other dishes like carne asada and chili verde.

Order wasn't correct, condiments weren't provided, had to ask to have it fixed several times. They did give me a coupon for the next visit, though.

I don't like Pizza Hut (first off). This one was quite a bit different though with care taken with the ingredients added, and my father-in-law ordered on his phone before they even opened to be picked up at 1115 to take to Zeandale for a family gathering. I was impressed and didn't have any of the issues that I normally do with local Pizza Huts in OKC. Oh, and roof and gutters need to be painted- tragically bad; but the food that comes out of there is great!
