Dziemiany is a quiet, small village in the Kashubian Hills, situated 60 miles south of Gdansk on the shores of Lake Rzuno (with a wonderful beach), in the middle between Koscierzyna and Chojnice. A couple of years ago, an Italian cook and his Polish wife opened a pizzeria in the former village bakery, a few yards away from the Gdansk-Bydgoszcz road that passes through Dziemiany. One day "He" left for a warmer country. The recipes and "She," however, stayed, still making pizza in the traditional Sicilian way. You will not find a more typically Italian pizza in the whole of northwestern Poland, the big cities included, and this at an affordable price. It is also worth while trying the dishes of the day, a well-tempered local beer or a glass of good Italian wine (unfortunately, like everywhere in Poland, quite expensive because of the high taxes on wine).

The dishes served in the Restaurant Stary Browar Koscierzyna owe their unique flavours to fresh products of the highest quality and creative Chef, who gained his experience in Polish and international restaurants. By buying products from local suppliers and using the wealth of nature of the surrounding lakes and Forests, our Chef has created a varied menu card, consisting of popular regional dishes with modern twist. Traditional recipes have something new, thanks to which known flavours have gained a new dimension. The restaurant has (as one of four in the entire Poland), multifunctional Josper Grill, which allows the prepare juicy meats and fish.
We went into this place with my friends.
They claimed that pizza's are good in this place.
I specified my pizza very carefully as usual. Thin and crispy.
They did exactly according to my instructions and I was more than happy.
Pizza was tasty and crispy as I want it and I have to say that now I have found the winner compared my regular pizzeria in Gdansk.
Brewery's own beers were as well excellent.
Drink Service could have been slightly more proactive and this reason one "star" was dropped out.
I can highly recommend this place for pizza lover's!

Można tu dosyć szybko coś zamówić i zjeść. Jedzenie przyzwoite.

Me and friends were staying in Koscierzyna for a couple of days and we came here consistently because it ticks all the boxes. It's a nice place with friendly staff and a decent menu, the prices are great it probably just needs to be a little bit bigger, regardless a very nice place for food and drink.

Manmarosa is an average restaurant in a great location. Located in the southeast corner of the old town square, it has great light and next to the interactive Fountain that is a hit with kids.
Unfortunately, our order of two drinks in the afternoon came with one Delivery and then a wait. And then a reminder and a wait. By the time the second had arrived, the first was finished. Combined with commercial radio as the noise pollution, it's a fine place for a beer or something simple. Anything more than that may be too much for the weak staff.

Gdybym mogła to dałsbym ocenę 6!!
Jedzenie niesamowicie pyszne.

Jasnochówka Inn is at the Wdzydze lake in Borsk. It offers dishes especially regional - Kashubian. Guests have the opportunity to try dishes that are not found in modern restaurants such as Kashubian soup, herring in cream, gray noodles, Ruchanki, sweat and sour stew chicken or Kashubian crockets. Apart from delicious food the Inn has a wonderful view on the Kashubian sea.
