Charming log cabin. Exceptional service. Fabulous food.
Waiter was very helpful, friendly, and accommodating.
Chef obviously took pride in his work. Every dish had a beautiful presentation and tasted amazing.
We are vegetarian and found plenty of items on the menu. Good wine and beer selection. Everything was very reasonably priced.
Would highly recommend.

The setting and décor are gorgeous. The history of the building (a midwife's dwelling and stable) was fascinating. The service was excellent, even though we arrived nearly an hour early were invited to go in and be seated comfortably. Attention! This is a spoiler of a great dinner. This authentic Argentinian restaurant is a cozy and delicious place to have a great meal experience.
While listening to John Mayer on the background, we had a great cordeiro patagônico with mashed potato on the side. It was so delicious.
As an appetizer we had a flavored morcilla and a grilled provolone cheese with oregano on the top.
To drink we had a local Patagonian Malbec.
Also, the waiter was very caring.

Good Mexican food in an unexpected place. In the most beautiful place in Patagonia Argentina. Ay ay ay Maria is a different place to enjoy an authentic cusine in a relaxed and warm environment,of course, accompanied by some happy drinks or maybe a local beers.
Nice attempt at Mexican food in western Argentina. Nice margaritas if not a little strange with the maracuya and frenet ones, the fajitas de cerdo were really nice, the tortillas were another good attempt at Mexican, but not quite right. The beans were undercooked and they don't serve the fajitas on sizzling platters. The guacamole was great, the pico de gallo a little coarse and vinegary. All in all a nice drive and a day away for the kids. O, and did I say it was affordable, very reasonably priced.

Service was excellent but the food.... We shared a green salad with 3 ingredients, one of which was scarcely there. My husband ordered chicken and it was dry, my steak was good. I liked a lot the different sauces that accompanied the meal as well as the bread.
For dessert I wanted the local "postre vigilante" which they did not have.
Was expensive for the quality.

We saw the reviews here and decided to go on the first day. The road leading up to it is tricky but do not worry, any car can get there, and on the way back the dirt road in only two blocks away.
The restaurant is super charming, the views are breathtaking!! We went on a rainy winter day and it was still enjoyable, in summer this place must be the best. The food is top notch, not much to chose from, but the choices are perfect. A little pricy, about $350 for a plate but worth it. 100% recommended, a must.
