Nice little restaurant/bar offering a mixture of Chinese, Indian and Middle Eastern dishes along with more "classical" fare. We had curried tenderloin (beef was chewy) and chicken with fresh ginger and honey. The curry was OK, but not like a proper Indian one. We could not see or taste the ginger and the chicken was so sweet we could not finish it. Both dishes came with ordinary, overcooked rice. They were abundant and freshly prepared.

A nice place to have high or cream teas. I had scones with strawberry jam and earl grey tea served with real tea leaves, a strainer and a strainer holder that was really twee.
We had two children with us and they can play in the garden. The place is huge and obviously popular with locals on a Sunday late afternoon.
With so many children it gets a bit noisy but bearable. Waiters take orders on their tablets so everything is well organised.
I don't give them full points because the take neither debit nor credit cards, although this is proudly stated at the beginning of the menu.
It's not cheap, so I believe they ought to take credit cards. Some clever thugs will widen up that there's a lot of cash in the premises one day. Until that happens they'll keep trading "cash only".

Cozy, busy (even at 9:30 which is early for Argentina), great service, great pizza and beer. You will not believe the variety in options for pizzas, there is 3 pages! And fantastic salads.

Nice and cozy restaurant. The choice of dishes is varied and goes from Mexican to very traditional Argentinian dishes. Everything tasty and well seasoned. Price was in total relation to quality. We enjoyed our lunch very much.

My review comes late, I first came here back in 1995, while working on a mayor project with then GTE building a new Cellular network called CTI.
Came here with friends and at the time the business was booming with Americans and the service was high. The food was excellent, the service was pleasant.
Fast forward 19 yrs and a slightly different story, the food was ok at best, the service seems forced and dry...not so pleasant.
The price was fair, not sure as to why the feeling was cold and uninterested in providing me a more pleasurable atmosphere in order for me to surrender my money without hesitation. But, I did get the feeling even before I began to eat that I was not returning.
I decided in 2014 to return and thought that perhaps the 2013 visit was just a bad night. Needless to say was less than helpful and un-eager to help me select a wine. So, in order to save my money and to add frustration, I decided to just leave and go somewhere else.

Es encantador recorrer el camino de los artesanos entre villa giardino y la cumbre y parar a comer en este pequeño restaurante. Las tablas son excelentes, con mini fondeau y rinoncitos al vino blanco. Muy buena la cerveza artesanal roja. Siempre regresamos!!!!

Gluten free folks: Como en Casa thickens their sauces with corn starch!
Pollo agridulce con ananas is yummy if you want meat that is like a dessert.
Arroz concileana is a good vegetarian option.
Matambre ala pizza without jamon is a favorite of mine. They don't always have it available as I have seen many people order and be told "not today."
The service is good. Yes, the decor is horrid, kitschy unintentionally.
Good prices! Closed on Wednesdays.

Delicious appétizer and very good food! Try the Trumpeter from 2012. Thuis wine is excellent with lomo. Till now the best restaurant in the area.

Our favorite Entrada is the proveletta grillada with grilled vegetables.
While I would not venture to say that central Argentina is know for good salads, but El Buho definitely delivers a lovely salad.
The Costal Azul salad is a favorite with apples, nuts, blue cheese, and ojas verdes.
The ice cream desserts are truly a treat, be sure to share because they are large and super sweet.
