We visited Captain's Table for lunch and dinner. The views are exceptional - over the water to the hills.
Food was mostly very good - curry, chowder and fish were very good, pizza (cooked at the adjacent Captain's Cafe) was good and pasta was average at best.
Fair selection of wine and beer at reasonable prices.
Service was woefully slow and inattentive even though the restaurant wasn't busy.

We stayed in this resort and ate sometimes here. There was always a 3 or 4 course dinner. Everything was cooked freshly and very tasty. Good Fijian Cooking

We stayed a week at the Hot Springs Hotel and could not have enjoyed ourselves more. The staff were friendly and accommodating making our stay amazing . The view from the hotel looks down on the harbor and is absolutely breathtaking and even if the weather dosen't co operate there is a wonderful protected area to sit and just enjoy the view. Breakfast in the morning came with the room and was more than adequate for our needs what with fresh fruit cereal and coffee or tea as well as juice . There was a nice swimming pool that was lovely and clean and if you so desired you could just walk down the hill to the hot springs to have a relaxing soak. This hotel is right in town and so close to some very nice and affordable restaurants and some great shopping . All in all we give this property five stars for being the awesome romantic hotel we loved

We stumbled across the Sea View Cafe as we walked along the waters edge. We sat outside and was about to order some lunch when the owner comes out with a jug of juice and glasses. I asked if my husband had ordered it and he said "no, its complimentary". Then he tells us to come sit inside as he would put the air conditioner on and it would be much cooller.
We went inside and got out of the heat. Between us we ordered chicken Bula salad, Waloo Bula salad and fish and taro chips. everything was fresh, tasty and plentiful. For 5 of us it cost AUD 23.
The toilets were clean and the ambiance in the cafe was light and cool.

From the front, it doesn’t look that interesting but along the waterfront you see a very appealing covered patio and it’s delightful to sit and watch the boats as you experience the best food in Savusavu. The owners have been in the business for years at some of the finest restaurants on the island ( and off) and have fine tuned their offerings so you can taste some very delicious food. The kokoda is the best we had in Fiji and don’t miss the watermelon juice and the tasty prawns. You’ll probably want to eat here a few times to try lots of dishes- you won’t be disappointed!

Interesting to see many found the food very good or excellent - we thought the food was average, but there was nothing wrong with our meals and we would eat there again. Extensive menu, prompt service, proprietors have limited English (not that we found that a problem) and were very helpful. Restaurant has no real ambience but it is aircondtioned and also has an outside balcony. Food was reasonably priced

My wife and I, and friends who live near Suvasuva, ate here after spending a Sunday afternoon swimming at the nearby Blue Lagoon. The property itself is beautiful-well kept and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and responsive. However, the food and drinks left much to be desired! We had burgers that were overcooked, fries that were greasy and cold, and my wife had a chicken Sandwich, that was so tough that it could not be cut with a knife! Hopefully, the regular cook was on vacation!

Everybody's favorite dining spot whether it be breakfast, lunch or dinner. They offer delicious pizza, sandwiches, burgers, fish & chips, curries and pasta dishes for lunch and dinner. Our favorite dishes are the Club Sandwich (with smoked salmon!), burgers and the Margarete pizza. You can order and dine on their deck or go sit at one of the picnic tables on the lawn of the Savusavu Yacht Club and have them deliver your meals to you there, always our favorite spot to watch the yachts coming & going! Enjoy!

We loved the sink you could walk in and wash your hands at before you sat down. The food was great... fresh, wonderful, good portions, and very well priced to drop in and eat daily when you're travelling. Thank you for all the great meals and the cleanliness

Been coming here for years, most recent visit saw us experience the changes we'd heard about. Put in a VIP room with air con, a little disconcerting as we're used to the main room, but made you feel a little special too so no biggie. The wait staff are great with their attention, yet not too pushy. Salt & Pepper Squid was great - big serve always makes you smile a little more. Prawn dish was really good too. No beer on-tap any more which was a shame. Overall, nice to eat here again, but like most local places, do take your own TP!
