This place has a hotel and restaurant, but while their accommodations and lodgings leaves more to be desired, their food more than makes up for it. Hence, I think they should just stick to the restaurant and catering business. Their halo-halo is certainly worth it and that chicharon they sell is also quite good.

Yesterday, we went to Kusina Cagayana for Lunch. It was Buffet Style for 230 a person of 280 if with unlimited Iced Tea.
The range of dishes was quite good. There was pinakbet, lechon manok, grilled catfish, steamed vegetables, Cagayan Version of Blood Stew and a lot more dishes.
I only tried the Catfish,Lechon Manok and steamed veggies.
For dessert had a Halo Halo, Gulaman and a Banana.
Overall a good place to eat. It is very near the airport. Just walk ahead and its already the airport.

They always say, eat where the locals eat to get an idea about true regional cuisine. This place is just that, the local patronage is astounding that it's actually a "wait-to-be-seated" situation at certain times. They offer a wide variety of fares, but the food is uniquely cooked in such a "homey" way, you're certainly assured of a delicious, satisfying meal at this place. Their fresh lumpia is to die for!

Parking is scarce, but other than that, everything is good. The rooms are spacious and clean. Bed and Pillows so comfortable. Nice decor. Good food and good price. The pool is a plus.

If you're into live bands, this is the best place to visit in Tuguegarao City. Enjoy different genre of songs, chill with friends and family. They have an array of sumptuous food at a reasonable price.
I love going here because of their friendly and accommodating wait staff.

Ate dinner and breakfast here while staying in Tuguegarao. The restaurant was clean and the staff were okay. The food was good, not great. The staff were less friendly compared to other Max's restaurants. Breakfast - chicken longganisa, egg and fried rice, to my disappointment, was served cold.

It's a two-floor restaurant inside Mango Suites, which is a nice and modern hotel in Tuguegarao City. They are open at 6:15am up until 10pm (last call is 9:30pm). It's perfect for early breakfast especially for business travellers who are checked in the hotel.
Their staff are friendly and very attentive. Food is good as well. We ordered two famous local dishes -- Tuguegarao longganisa and Pancit Ybanag. The longganisa was surprisingly very yummy. The pancit was a variation to the Tuguegarao-famous Pancit Batil Patung without much of the soup. It's not as delicious as we expected it to be, but not bad anyway. The serving is almost good for 2-3 people. Their iced tea, though not really unique, was very refreshing. Price is very reasonable as well.
The general ambiance is nice and I'd definitely recommend this for those wanting to eat in comfort. Wifi is also available from the hotel lobby.

When you're in the hottest city in the Philippines, all you want to do is stay in an airconditioned room and sip a cold drink. The Frap Bar is just the perfect place to relax and chat with friends while you've got nothing else to do :)) They've got a wide variety of coffee mixes, smoothies, and desserts. I've already tried two of their coffee fraps -- hazelnut and mint. Both are yummy and refreshing. Price is relatively similar with other cafes. I think they close at 10pm though, a bit early for those nights out.
