This is a family style barbeque restaurant that offers a variety of options. We have daily lunch specials as well as a full menu. We do not serve alcohol and are a smoke-free environment. We offer outdoor seating to accommodate our customers who travel with pets. We offer carry-out and can deliver in town. We are located inside an old fashioned general store and offer free wifi.
Watson's BBQ at Tucumcari Ranch Supply was an amazing stop for our family. The owners and staff were so very kind and made us feel welcome. We had an amazing meal of pulled pork, beans, and potato salad. Delicious!! I would highly recommend making this...MoreThanks so much for taking the time to find us. Merry Christmas.

Circa is a trendy, European style espresso bar and restaurant located on the west wing of The Historic Route 66 Motel. Serving specialty and gourmet coffees, delicious breakfast and lunch paninis, and pastries to both guests and the public, Circa is certain to please the most discerning coffee aficionado.
This coffee shop is located at the Historic Route 66 Motel, where we stayed, but it's worth going out of the way for. The espresso drinks are legit, the decor is very cool, and the paninis are freshly made from ingredients of your choosing. Seriously fantastic and worth a detour off the interstate if you need a coffee fix. (Or you could just stay at the motel and have breakfast there like we did)

Sit Down Ice Cream Parlor with various lunch items. Great Burgers and Phillys!!! Home of the Ken's Green Chile Shake!!
Very friendly staff and good treats to eat on a hot night! Traveling through, this town didn't have much that was open late. We were happy to find Ken's still open.

Breakfast & lunch • outdoor dining • fur-friendly "pet-io" menu
This diner is within walking distance of the best motels in Tucumcari and is most likely the best breakfast stop in the vicinity. I had a combo plate of eggs, bacon, hash browns and three of their supposedly special "pankix" for under $8. The food was served fast and friendly by our waitress. It was cooked to order and I finished it all. I just didn't think there was anything there I couldn't have been served at Dennys.

Since 1956, Del's Restaurant has been a destination break on Historic Route 66. Stop in and meet our friendly staff and enjoy delicious food, an attractive setting and over the top service. Whether your hunger is more on the light side, or you've worked up a vigorous appetite, we have a delicious fare for all. Make Del's Restaurant a major stop when seeking the flavor of Historic Route 66, you'll be glad you did!
Stopped by on a Friday night, along with a lot of people that were traveling thru town. The line was almost out the door. They did the best they could with the space they have. Our wait was short, the salad bar was decent and the food was fine. Service was OK, they were maxed out. There was a mix of locals and tourists there on our night, and the parking lots were packed. Overall, a good meal.

Our hotel recommended this place and we were not disappointed. The food is very good and very reasonably priced. Nice combination of southwest/Mexican and American food. Several kinds of beer on tap.

We bypassed the Mexican place right on 66 to visit this authentic, family run restaurant and it was excellent. Between us, we ordered the Choose 3 and Choose 4 plates and got to try tacos, enchiladas, Chile rellenos and tamales. They were all VERY good as were the homemade and warm tortilla chips and the homemade salsa (spicy!). The tacos were the larger size as opposed to the smaller ones with cilantro, but the semi-hard tortilla shell they were served in was homemade and freshly cooked/heated on the griddle. I loved my tamale and my girlfriend said her chili rellenos was one of the best she has had. We were so pleased to support this family business in a town that has many abandoned businesses and buildings. Oh…one more thing…the patriarch was sitting in the back of the restaurant playing Mexican songs and singing when we walked in and the walls have hand painted murals on them. What a lunch!!!

The ribeye steak dinner was not good - the steak was full of gristle, the potato was cold/hard and the rolls were very hard. They did replace the potato, which was warm, though still hard. The salad and cobbler were great.
We talked to the GM (Lynette) and she apologized for the meal and comped our dinner. That was very considerate of her. Based on her action and stated goal for their meals to be superb we are willing to come back and try K-Bob's again.

Full Service restaurant. Specializing in Pizza and Sandwiches. Great Pastas and Exciting one of a kind dishes to choose from.
We had a superb lunch at Cornernstone's. We chose it as we saw lots of cars in the parking lot. Its a cafe with friendly wait staff. Their sweet potato fries were some of the best I've ever had. The Route 66 Hamburger was very...MoreI want to thank you for stopping in, and for the wonderful review. I hope you stop back in next time you're in Tucumcari. Todd
