Our first restaurant meal in Guadeloupe & it was good. I just had a burger & fries, my companion went for the Hawaiian pizza. Though expensive by comparison with Canadian prices, the portions are large, hot, cooked to order, fresh & flavourful. Was that grass-fed...MoreThank you, see you soon

I agree with the former reviewer. This was a great restaurant, run by a father and son, with Mom cooking. Not only was it a good value, with a beach view, but a wonderful experience. There were three menu items, and a special, in different combinations. I like that.
Accras (Fish Fritters), Whole Fish, Chicken, and the special was Curried Goat. When you have 4 things to cook, it is usually done right. We got the combo with the Accras, a salad, and the chicken. It came with a small salad on the plate of carrots and lettuce with a wonderful dressing that worked with both the salad and the chicken.
The owners were very nice, and went out of their way to greet us, and make sure we were enjoying our meal.

A very nice little restaurant at the habour of trois rivieres. Rather unspectacular from outside so you maybe would not expect it to be worth a try - don't hesistate to go there either. You will find kind service and really good local fish and meat dishes at fair rates. We enjoyed the vanilla chicken and some very good tuna fish. Thumbs up for this charming place!

Very popular restaurant with a simple business model: all-you-can-eat buffet for €20 person, with a wide choice of salad items, fish, meats, vegetables and desserts of ice cream, fruit and yoghourts. The drinks come free, including rum punches, but coffees are extra. Opposite (but not visible from the restaurant) is a black sand beach with views over Les Saintes Islands.

We stumbled upon this place for lunch while driving around the perimeter of the island. By chance we were hungry as we approached this town and decided to walk around. We couldn't find much going on but found a few little green signs advertising for this restaurant with arrows pointing toward it.
We found it, and were pleasantly surprised to have one of our best meals on the island. It's a cozy corner restaurant with air-conditioning and very clean.
The food was delicious, with meat on skewers that hung over the place with various local sides (we originally thought we selected one of 4 or 5 sides but you actually get ALL of the sides.
The food was filling and delicious, and the waiter (owner?) was friendly and fun. Other diners appeared to enjoy their meals as well.
The price was quite reasonable as well for all of the food that they provided. I'm not sure what the dinner menu is like (or if it's the same) but I would recommend this place fully.

Delicious local food: fish, rice and root vegetables. Interesting choices from the menu. Starter and main courses were really well prepared and quite filling. However, dessert were very basic. It's a place I would go back to.

Stopped in Trois-Rivieres had lunch at Les 4 Epices. Had curry chicken with rice, salad and white yams with a couple of Corsair beers. Next to ferry terminal with view of Les Saintes to the south.
