Open air location, Vicente Fernandez is the King! Memorabilia, fresh food and friendly service. Very local and somewhat touristy themed. All the food was great, music in the speakers and cold beer! Fresh guacamole and chips, followed by barbacoa and tortillas with plenty of salsa and queso fundido. Buen provecho!

If you want authentic Mexican food this is the place. My colleague was taking me to airport and received notice flight was delayed she said "let's do it"! I am so glad I experienced this place. I think I will make it my last meal before leaving Guad every trip.

I went with a large group of people and we ordered several things from the menu, pescado zarandeado, shrimp cocktails, tostadas de ceviche, etc. Everything was delicious. The prices are very reasonable. Be forewarned however that this is not a quite place. There is always loud music, oftentimes live, or the TV is turned up.

I went here with a large group while in town on business. The locals wanted to give us an authentic taqueria experience and they succeeded. You can order from a list of many types of tacos, pork belly, tongue, chorizo, pastor, etc. and they arrive in from of you in minutes. Try a variety and then more of your favorite! I enjoyed the pastor and was surprised how good the tongue (lengua) was. I would certainly recommend as a great, fast, casual experience.

We like the modern and open atmosphere at the restaurant macomeno at the gourmeteria plaza . The meals are kind of fusion between Italian and Mexican cousin . The best choice during the day for me is the sealed tuna with a vinaigrette strawberry sauce. Light and delicious. As a starter you might choose the carpaccio or the fried calamari.

This place has very good food. We had a pizza San telmo which was delicious. The hamburgers are very good and big. They have craft beer and Tequila. Try the cantaritos a Tequila based cocktail very good. Definitely coming back.

I have been visiting this place for about 4 years now. The seafood is tasty and always fresh. Almost anything "zarandeado" will be super good (fish, shrimp, octopus, oysters, bean tacos)

Have eaten at La Vaca Gourmeteria several times, it has always been a good experience. Good menu of Argentenian beef cuts, especially like the Vacio, the Tapa de Bife, and the Corte Especial a la Piedra. If you are not keen on beef, there are excellent pasta dishes and a very nice tuna steak. Great empanadas and several good starters. Best of all though is the side salad, simple greens with a delicious salad dressing. Nice wine list but a little pricey for a better wine.
Overall, prefer this location to the other La Vaca restaurants in town, always seem to get good service and feel comfortable here. Good for business lunch/dinner, family, or couples and love the location in the La Gourmeteria zone.

We've stopped here several times and have been very pleased with the food and the service. We've had the Birria and the enchiladas....both were wonderful. Great homemade tortillas, tostadas, beans and salsas are presented on the table, plus the entrees. We especially like the tortillas, tostadas and the salsas. Don't miss the Birria...it's yummy! Great attentive staff, very reasonable prices and lovely decor in the restaurant.

La Gourmeteria is a complex containing several restaurants, a cinema (Cinemax), a hotel (Ramada Encore). The restaurants include La Tequila (Mexican dishes), Asador La Vaca (Argentinian Steakhouse), Ma Come No (Italian), Nikata (sushi bar) as well as La Grelha, Outback Steakhouse, Chillis, Johnny Rockets, and a few more plus some smaller stands with coffee, icrecream, etc. The complex is very well designed with ample secure parking, easy access to a central patio and from there to the various restaurants. The cinema is modern and comfortable with the latest movies, good value except the usual overpriced cinema popcorn and drinks.
The hotel is minimalist nice, very good rates, acceptable breakfast.
A really nice complex with great food choices.
