I wnet to the restaurant with two others who were gluten free and dairy free. The menu accommodated them. There are reasonably good beers on tap. The entrees are excellent, clean, i.e., not greasy, and the service that night was attentive and courteous. Be prepared for a wait at peak times if you walk in. Try to reserve in advance. Murphy Ave. can be charming to walk along with other eateries and shops, depending on your taste.

Lively spot for lunch. We could talk and hear one another. Modern decor. Menu was mixed Spanish, Caribbean & Latin American food with interesting and tasty choices. Good drinks menu, too! We enjoyed it. In the heart of Castro St. area of Mt. View.

Our second restaurant, opened in 1979 in the heart of the Silicon Valley, has been as popular with local residents as it has with the business crowd. A comfortable and spacious cocktail bar adds to the energetic atmosphere of this casual dining restaurant. Be sure to arrive early for the counter seats at the oyster bar, as they fill up quickly.
The Fish Market is one busy and lively spot. Staying nearby, I stopped in on a Saturday evening. There would have been quite a wait for a table, but I was seated immediately at the counter, where the menu was the same, and the service excellent. I had a big bowl of clam chowder, and then an abundant portion of the recommended steamed clams, both excellent. People around me were smiling big time over their various dishes: paella, pasta with seafood, grilled mahi-mahi, and more. A fine choice in Sunnyvale!

Falafel STOP is a fast service restaurant serving authentic Middle-Eastern Falafel as it is served throughout the Middle-East: inside freshly baked Pita bread (inside, not wrapped!) with salad, homemade tahini sauce, and a traditional hot sauce. We pride ourselves in 20 years of serving great meals to our customers, using only the best ingredients. Try our Falafel & Grill Bars for a truly genuine Middle-Eastern experience. We are sure that your first visit will not be your last.
We used to relish Phool & Tamaya in Cairo for years. Last 5 years I was searching for a Felafel shop in Bangalore - tried one but did not like it.
Found one in Sunnyvale recently but did not like the readymade felafels, during our first visit - by comparing it with Cairo stuff.
Yesterday we tried Felafel plates and made our own Felafels! Yummy we liked it!
Will try once more before returning to Bangalore!

Lots of choices for vegetarian, Seafood and meat dishes. Particularly like the kobe spring rolls, bbq chicken and the coconut tapioca dessert. The curries are also very tasty. I've been here several times for the lunch buffet and the choices seem to be consistent.

Great value. Delicious healthy food at moderate prices. Have been going to this place regularly since it opened. Service is fast considering huge number of people lining up for a great meal.

I organized a dinner for my staff at the last minute. Kabul Afghan Cuisine was happy to take our reservation for 10 people and had everything ready for us when we arrived. The selection of food was excellent and the staff was nice and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place to others that have a love for more exotic foods in the U.S.

We just returned from the place (4 people) and the overall impression is that it's average to good (not very good).
The service was friendly, provided useful details about the dishes and was reasonably quick even though the place was packed inside.
My hummus, even though was advertised to have extra garlic, it didn't. Was just the average mix of chickpea and tahini, I didn't sense any garlic (at all). Maybe they made a mistake and forgot to add it, but if they didn't then that's not garlic hummus.
The green shakshuka was a nice idea, but a good thing to have been asked would have been how well done the eggs are preferred. No such question and the eggs were too hard.
And the overall common feeling about the pitas was that "this is not a pita". Too doughy, too soft, too adapted.

Love the burgers especially on Saturday when there are half priced. The garlic fries will keep the vampires away for days as they are really garlicky. The onion rings are tasty also and lots of beers to pick from. Outside eating when the weather is good and inside can get crowded. Lots of tv to see always on sports when I have been there. Price are great and the burgers are tasty and can be Turkey, veggie, and lettuce wrapped to cover the various diet type.

Went here for a late lunch after watching a movie nearby.
Sushi is fresh and well presented.
Located in a quieter area of downtown, this restaurant is a very good choice if you are in the area.
We have returned several times and would recommend this restaurant.
