This is a charming restaurant with outside Seating in the centre of Suchitoto and right on the Central Plaza. It is a good place to watch people.
The food was great and there was nothing to complain about except that the service was very slow.
In a small place like Sucitoto, this is a great place to eat.

It's simply the best meal I had when I visited that city, the place is wonderful decorated. I had a great time during my visit there, and just love the food, everything was so delicious, that I need to go again to try the rest of the menu. Totally recomended, when you're visiting Suchitoto, you need to go there.

While wandering around lovely Suchitoto, we stopped at Los Almendros for a cappuccino and a rest. I didn't see the rooms, but the public areas were lovely and the barman made us excellent cappuccinos which we drank in a courtyard outside. I'd love to stay here sometime!

Originally decorated restaurant down some stairs from a quiet little park, open until 9pm in the evening. Meat dishes were really nice. The only problem - seasonal or just bad luck? - were the amount of insects bothering us while having dinner. Credit cards are accepted.

La Fonda has a beautiful covered outdoor eating area with colorful flowers and a great view out over the neighboring lake. Cormorants and vultures float by on the air streams. The food is pure Salvadoran--we had sopa de gallina india--excellent. Service is fast and friendly. Prices are very modest. Highly recommended.

This restaurant was part of a variety food court (Turicentro) at Puerto San Juan on Lake Suchitlan. There about 6 restaurants with staff in traditional dress greeting patrons with a smile making it difficult to choose which restaurant is the best. I enjoyed a nice lunch before taking a boat ride on Lake Suchitlan from Puerto San Juan. You can choose from meat, chicken or fish. This is quite the Salvadorean experience I highly recommend as part of the #3 site in El Salvador, Suchitoto. Happy Travels!!!!

We had a table outside on the Terrace which is a lovely setting overlooking the central square. Attentive service and very tasty pupupas. The cost for two people - we had two pupupas each and 3 beers and it was $8.50 - $1 each for a pupupas! We had also been reassured that the cabbage was disinfected so perfectly safe for us to eat.

Brilliant food, excellent value. Can't fault orb. Breakfasts pf granola and fruit was superb and the best I've had all trip. Loved every meal I have at this restaurants. Please support a local businessman. You won't regret it. Visited as part of an interior trip and back loved very minute.

The view at this place is amazing. Absolutely gorgeous. Food wise it’s over priced, since it has a nice view, but at least there are healthy options. Fruit with yogurt was great despite there was no granola in it as advertised. Service is beyond slow, you need to have lots of patience. This is the only downfall of the place. Recommended.
