A traditional walk down for coffee and croissants or sticky buns. A little pricey, but big enough to share. The kid selling newspapers outside is hysterical btw.

When in Stone Harbor, we always stop by for coffee and a treat. The owners are friendly and the coffee is the real deal. We like this coffee shop over Coffee Talk. We are coffee snobs. This place is awesome.

Decided to come here for breakfast whilst staying in Avalon. Also it came recommended. At 09:30 the place was buzzing. There is a very good choice on the menu, spoilt for what to have. Double check the specials or ask your server about them we found out about them after we had eaten. Coffee was a bit bland, food had plenty of flavour.

Good coffee, good pastries and good atmosphere. Many different choices of hot and cold coffee plus tea. Merchandise also available to purchase. Comfy seating areas for enjoying a cup of coffee or sitting down with friends.

Rick's Seafood House is less of a restaurant, and more of a small seafood market. This place is off of the main strip, and has no indoor seating, it is quite hot inside as well.
The place is mainly a seafood market, however they also sell hot food. I had the Scallops, and a Crab Chowder type soup, and took it back to the hotel. The crab soup was amazing, and the Scallops were great as well. The food is made to order so expect a wait (I waited 45 minutes) but well worth it.
Tip: Be sure to have something else to do whilst they are fixing your food.

WELCOME! Now in its 10th season, Jay's on Third has become one of Stone Harbor's premiere restaurants, offering seasonally inspired dishes from fresh, local produce, seafood & meats, cooked simply yet incorporating international influences. Bring a bottle of wine & enjoy an evening of casual, fine dining at Jay's, voted South Jersey Magazine 2010 and 2011 Best of the Shore and awarded 4 stars from The Press of Atlantic City. Jay's On Third is a great place to dine and relax, whatever the occasion may be, in a lovely seashore community and neighborhood. Attention to detail sets Jays's on Third apart. Reliability and goodness are shared in an upscale environment in a relaxing atmosphere.
This is truly an exceptional eating experience. There is no question about the quality of the food and the service. The Chef is creative and perhaps the best at "the shore." BUT the restaurant is NOISY beyond belief. It is literally impossible to have a conversional at the place. Literally, unless you shout -- which is what everyone does -- which, in turn, is why it's so noisy! They should extend some sound panels from the high ceiling to absorb some of the sound. we've been told to only go there when it opens before the crowd arrives if you actually want to speak out loud to your dining partners.

Loved the food and how friendly everyone there was! I had the shrimp, avacado,BLT which was on special and really loved it especially the dill mayo that came with it. My daughter had the chicken parm grinder and I would highly recommend that as well. My waitress Marissa was very sweet. Can't wait to go back!
