Lush and luxuriant, the exotic tropical island nation of St. Kitts and Nevis is a romantic paradise. St. Kitts' wonderful beaches remain relatively crowd-free, and nature lovers delight in seeing lava formations, tropical forest and lagoons and underwater marvels while snorkeling or diving. Among more than 200 historical sites, former plantation homes now offer elegant accommodation. Eco-rambles, bio-tours and climbing are Nevis attractions. Rent cars or mopeds on-island and catch ferries between the two.

This is a great restaurant with beautiful atmosphere and very diverse crowd. I had the lobsters and my three friends guess had the the fish of the day. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. This restaurant offers great drinks, appetizers and desserts. The service is also excellent.

The Royal Palm restaurant features contemporary Caribbean cuisine and is recognized as one of the region's best. Dine elegantly on choices from a seasonal ala carte or fixed price menu. Treat yourself to a unique experience in an historic location.
Usually, those three words don't go together. However, this place is the exception. A truly wonderful dining experience.
The location is if I have a 20 minute ride from the airport but you enter a whole different world. This is a classic plantation on a hill. Get there early, while there is still light, so you can walk the grounds, admire the Gardens and observe the monkeys. It's lovely.
By the way, be careful driving up the hill. It's tight and steep and that's saying something on this Island.
The dining room is beautiful, open to the world with a beautiful view of the main house. Ceiling fans add to the ambience of the stone walls. It is a romantic place with sinatra, Ellington, Vaughn and other classic 40's singers crooning in the background, audiblebut not overpowering. and quite a find in St. Kitts. The service is wonderfully attentive.
From what I understand, the menu changes constantly. Hence, it does not make sense to describe our dishes. Our food was well-prepared, unique and beautifully presented. There is a 4 course dinner for $65 U.S., and worth every penny. A gratuity of 10 percent is added to the bill.
Cant't wait to come back.

We have probably dined at Cathy's 100 times over the years and have never been disappointed. This trip we had the generations (mine people) and everyone loved it even our grandchildren. This is a small family owned and run establishment where Cathy is in the kitchen cooking and her sister is waiting tables. If you are in a hurry you may want to try Subway or KFC as service can be slow during peak times but the food NEVER disapopoints.

We arrived after dark on a Saturday night, our first on the island. Dinner was very good all around. It was pretty quiet I guess most folks get there before sunset. Originally thought it was expensive but as the week went on we realized it's about average priced for finer restaurants on St. Kitts.

Reggae Beach Bar & Grill is located on the South East Peninsula St.Kitts and specializes in seafood and barbecue dishes, with favourites such as fresh grilled fish, grilled lobster, coconut shrimp, honey mustard ribs, beef burgers and exotic frozen tropical drinks.
Overpriced, expensive and heaving with noisy tourists. 2.5 US$ for a small mineral water was pretty unbelievable, probably slightly cheaper if you use Eastern Caribbean dollars. The reggae bar further down the beach is much nicer. We drank our expensive water and went there to eat.

Went with a group of friends to eat here. I had lobster which had a beautiful presentation and was absolutely delicious. We had an antipasto appetizer that was great. The eggplant humus was a first and I loved it. The service was good. The view was also good. I did not pay for the meal but suspect the prices were a bit expensive. Everyone in the group seemed to enjoy their meal. One person had lamb and said it was the best he had ever eaten. All of us would definitely go back.

Sprat net is wonderful restaurant located approximately 20 minutes north of Basseterre in Old Road Village. It is right on the water and is open for dinner. The owners are fishermen who go out in the morning and then serve their daily catch in the evening. They serve bbq lobster, ribs, chicken, steamed catch of the day fish, and wonderful pizzas. It is casual with ample Seating and a beautiful view of the Caribbean Sea. Prices range from $10US to $30US for dinner. They also have a full bar.
awesome food. lobster, red snapper, and grilled shrimp. sides good, too. we thought $40-45 US was very reasonable for a meal with two of the three above. the staff was very friendly, including the proprietor jack tending bar. (jack sprat?) equally awesome spot right on the water. we arrived about 5:30 (half hour before posted opening) and enjoyed our caribs and the sunset as people strolled in. nick and the other staff explained the ordering process simply and we were served within 30 minutes of placing our order. even though it was a saturday night it wasn't crowded at all when we were there. i believe the majority of kittitians and visitors dine later than us!

A bit off the beaten path, but only 1/4 miles from the cruise ship port. Good local cuisine and authentic Caribbean food. Very casual, screened-porch setting. This establishment is a local Hotspot for lunch and is totally worth checking out.
I am a vegan and had a vegetarian meal and it was delicious. Everything on my plate was great. Service was excellent and ambience was nice and relaxing. Would visit again and I highly recommend.

We are a family owned and run restaurant. We take pride in the quality of our food and customer service. We have a great ambiance with indoor AC dining and outdoor patio dining. Ideal for group outings and/or meetings and families. Great prices and excellent tastes from India. Stop by and experience it yourself...If you can't come out, we can bring the food to you -- get it delivered to your doorstep. We also do large parties, catering for parties/events, and anything to suit your needs.
Just a short walk away from the Marriott, nice if you are tired of Caribbean food and want to taste something different.
Great selection of Indian food at reasonable prices for St Kitts standards. Butter chicken was especially good.
Service came with a smile which was a great plus. Definitely recommended.
