We never miss going to Julies when in Springville, my hometown. The restaurant is clean and neat, the staff is friendly and professional, the food is delicious and the prices are very fair.
Julies is also a great place to re-connect with local friends and acquaintances as I am certain that they have had the same experience that my family has had. Julies is always a treat and it seems as though I always run in persons I know.
In the last two years my family has had need to have large parties of 30 persons go there after events. With minimal notice Julies accommodated us and everyone left with a smile. Great job to everyone at Julies Pizzeria.

Standard make-your-own frozen yogurt place. Small, quaint little setting, some Adirondack chairs to sit in, but unfortunately it sits inside a mini mall/parking lot area, so the scenery isn't great, haha. Very friendly people, good prices, and a healthier alternative to ice cream, as long as you don't go overboard on the toppings, which is VERY easy to do... and hey, that's okay! You do you! :) Seriously, though, there aren't a ton of ice cream places around, and as far as I know, the frozen yogurt options anywhere else are VERY limited.

We stopped here one afternoon for a quick bite and some good Tim Hortons coffee. The panini toaster was broken so they couldn't make sandwiches, they were out of their soup, the help was slow and seemed unsure of anything. We were told that they were waiting for the delivery truck.
We've stopped here before (last year) and the food/service was much, much better.
By the way, the coffee was still excellent!!!

Being from Texas, its hard to get me excited about Mexican food in New York. I gave it a honest try but left unimpressed. Although it was pretty crowded the locals seam to like it and I should be clear there was nothing wrong with it. Just nothing to write home about. There were some small issues we notices but really not worth mentioning. If your here in Springville, its your only Mexican option and its not that bad just not the award winning fireworks going off in the background I prefer. Was this review helpful? Be sure to let me know!

My husband went in to get a couple of donuts and coffee for our trip home. He asked for 2 coffees, cream no sugar. What he got was completely wrong. My coffee had sugar in it (I am diabetic) and he received an iced black coffee. He was so mad at the young girl and boy behind the counter, we left and headed to Tim Horton's where we received our order correct on the first try. Owner of DD should send some mystery diners in to test his employees.

Friendly and courteous staff, clean establishment, older outdated seating/atmosphere, huge menu, the pizza was fantastic. We ordered the large pizzas and they were LARGE!
We got the vegetarian and the east main pizza... Excellent sauce which was my favourite, the cheese was distinct and a good amount. Crust was perfect, not uncooked at all and not too crisp/burnt. Easy 5/5 for the pizza and would highly recommend. Price was very good for the quality of the pizza and ingredients. I was impressed.

Stopped for breakfast with the girls and thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast Omelets. Two of us ordered the Western omelet (only $6.95!) which arrived piping hot and loaded with so much ham, peppers and onion fillings that it fell out onto the plates. My girlfriend's bacon and cheese omelet was equally nice, too. The accompanying homemade home fries were crisp and delicious. All were served with our choice of toast. Plus.... a really good cup of coffee made for a great breakfast.
Service was a bit slow because they were quite busy, but we enjoyed our coffee and conversation while we waited. The food was well worth the slight wait.

This was my first visit here ever and it was such a disappointment. I expected more since several friends recommended it. The food wasn't good, French fries were soggy and the waitress clearly couldn't handle waiting on a table of 10. The chicken fingers were under cooked. We had to ask several times to receive things from our waitress. Some of them were never received.

This place used to be THE place to go for great pizza and wings in the area after trying the others. The last couple of years the food quality and the customer service have declined.
The kids who answer the phone talk fast and act apathetic and have no idea of what customer service is by saying "hello", "thank you", etc. They sound bored, tired and like they're being bothered.
More often than I care to have happen, the order isn't what we ordered. Ask for crispy crust pizza and hope to get it fully baked. If you DON'T ask it's often gooey and underbaked in the middle.
The wings used to be large and meaty and the sauces were excellent. Now they are more expensive, often over-fried and dried out, small and the prefab sauces are skimpy. You pay more for a mixed order but it's hardly worth it. Better to use your own sauces at home.
The subs often get made incorrectly and look thrown together and messy. Haven't ordered one in a long time from them - get them at Tops.
When you show up at the counter for pick up, it's usullay blank or bored stares with an unethusiastic, "what's the name?" unless Mary is there - she ROCKS it! but often looks wiped out from baby-sitting the confusion going on around her.
The food is still pretty good if you hit them on a good day. If not, you're playing pizza, subs and wing roulette.

Food was good until I discovered hair in it. Told the server, nobody cared. I know whose hair it was. They don't care. I have seen same complaint on another site. No compensation, will never return.
