This little place has been a hidden gem in Spencerport for several years now. The space is quiet, comfortable and spotless. Tables are nicely spaced. Service is extremely attentive and accommodating. I moved from the area some time ago, and needed to stop back. Many restaurants in the area have come and gone, but this one has earned quite a reputation for consistency and quality. The bread was focascia and was fresh, tasty and warm, and a welcome departure from the garden variety roll. There were three delicious spreads for the bread, which was replenished without asking. French onion soup was made with veal broth, and was very nice. The arancini was also noteworthy, and although not the most complicated to prepare, can easily be over spiced or bland. They were very good. The bruchetta was loaded and tasty, with a light zing of a good grade balsamic. The real star at our table was the cream of mushroom soup, which was more of a delicate puree, with just enough grain of mushroom and a heavenly consistency. The spicing was subtle but outstanding, and the finish was wonderful. The best I've ever had, and I have enjoyed many, from well noted chefs. Owner and chef Christopher Kisiel is well deserving of any accolades bestowed on him. His artful presentations and knowledge of melding spices for maximum flavor and impeccable, matching with each entree. The pricing is more than fair, given the incredible lunch or dinner experience. Each main entree is also a main event. I find it hard to believe that this chef is not running with celebrity chefs, as he is at least as talented as many whose wares I have enjoyed. Bravo. I'll be back!

Lugia's is a bit out of the way for most in the city, but it is a MUST to go to. Like selection? Having EVERY Perry's flavor known to man, you will never run out of options here. I've been going for near 20 years now and it never changes. Fast moving lines. Huge portions. Good time had by all.
If someone ever gets a large, call me. I've never seen one. I have trouble packing down a kiddie on "Ice Cream for dinner night" and have only ever convinced a teenage brother of mine to get a medium (he couldn't finish it). I can't even imagine what a large looks like, although I suspect it's a whole gallon with a spoon in it.

while I was enjoying my non fat latte, another customer came in, at a few minutes until closing, and wanted a small cup of decaf, freshly brewed. The barista did not hesitate to go above and beyond in providing exactly what the customer wanted. Talk about service. I hope that the customer appreciated the extra effort and returns many more times to enjoy the coffee and the atmosphere. Be sure to stop in for a coffee or a munch

I stopped into Dunkin Donuts in Spencerport as I passed through town this weekend. It is a typically-sized store for this chain, and it was clean and quick. However, their baked good offerings do not extend to cookies (which I wanted and most of them do carry). Also, when I get back in the car and started driving, I took my first sip of my coffee, which I found to be chokingly sweetened, which was NOT was I asked for. The staff is courteous and well-meaning, but did not listen to my order.

Oh.My.Goodness. So so so good. We have been patrons of Texas Bar-B-Q Joint for several years, and just ordered 20 lbs of meat for a birthday party. It was melt in your mouth delicious. We even reheated the brisket and it was so tender and moist, not dry at all!!! Hands down one of the top places for BBQ in Rochester. Love the family owned small business that we support!

There really is nothing in Rochester that compares to Abbott's custard. They have quite a number of flavors and options for the custard, e.g. wheels. On a hot summer night their custard cone is a welcome relief. For our family it is a destination place.

We had previously dined here with our friends and it was delicious. Looking for a location not too far away for a family dinner we were pleasantly surprised there were reservations on a Sunday. The appetizer of fried calamari was prepared differently than your chain restaurants and was so much better! I had gnocchi (the small portion was still too much to eat in one sitting - very generous), a couple had a seafood pasta dish, veal parmesan and everyone was delighted with their choices and the fact that they had leftovers. The desserts are homemade and it was the best Coconut Cream Pie I've had in a very long time, Cannoli cake was raved about by my son!

Recently got a couple of pizzas to go for a church function. We got a pepperoni, a cheese and an onion/green pepper which was enjoyed by everyone at the meeting.
I feel that this is the most consistent and tasty pizza in Spencerport (out of the 5 we have, used to be 7). They are decently priced and also carry wings, burgers, wraps, salads and sandwiches.
They do not delivery but you can do take out.

This is one of my favorite pizza places. The staff is very friendly and efficient. I usually order a pizza on Tuesday as they have their crazy Tuesday special and you can get a large one topping pizza for under $10. This is a great way to try the pizza. The huge pizza slices are great for sharing. They use the baby pepperoni which I love. They have a complete menu and offer wing buffets too.

Easiest way to do a review is just to say it's a greasy spoon.
The hamburgers were smashed down on the grill, I think, because they had no taste. Their onion rings are from hunger, to say the least.
Some like this kind of place,I don't.
