Is what keeps most loyal customers coming back. Honestly, we had to park behind the movie theater. There are no handicap spots. Waited an hour for the table. Can't make reservations. Service was ok. Sure, they are nicely dressed. Sure, the tableside dishes are entertaining. At the end of the day, it's crowded and the food is just ok. The veal and cod were lacking flavor. The cherries jubilee and the spumoni ice cream were just ok. For the price, you can have a much better meal. You just won't get the tradition of this small eatery that has been serving the community for over 30 years.

I've heard about it, read about it. For some reason, this was my first time visiting.
Upon entering the restaurant, we were greeted with many Hungarian antiques displayed throughout the facility. It was a Wednesday evening and very well attended. There is a large dining area in the middle of the room, with tables throughout. There are booths surrounding the area, which lend a bit of privacy and comfort. My husband and I usually split dinners. We had decided to try two different dishes, and bring home the leftovers. We ordered Chicken Paprikash and Stuffed Cabbage. We were brought a basket of bread and then our salads. The blue cheese dressing was absolutely delicious...I took half of my salad home and finished it today! Both dishes were very well prepared and delicious! Our waitress was great...she had many tables and handled them all with smiles and made suggestions regarding our orders. The owner stopped by our table a couple of times and made us feel very welcome. We shared a bottle of Hungarian wine "Bull's Blood" It was dry and light. We had to forgo dessert as we were literally stuffed. I know that this will become our new go-to when we are in the mood for authentic Hungarian food!

Simply the BEST frozen custard in southeast Michigan. This little place has been here as long as I can remember. I used to go here as a kid with my parents. They have most all the ice cream treats, but the frozen custard is what they are known for. Only open seasonally. No the healthiest treat on the planet, but the best tasting treat on the planet.

Friends from Ann Arbor suggested we make the trek to this restaurant, as we were looking for Mediterranean food. We are very glad we did. The service was friendly and fast and the food was pleasant. We started with a fattoush salad and my only suggestion would be to cut the lettuce in smaller chunks. The flavor was good.
We had soup and two entrees and were very pleased with them. The lamb chops were excellent, not overcooked.
The service is friendly and the food came quickly.
I looked at two family platters at tables next to us and they looked wonderful.

Fantastic flavors and a very friendly staff. Worse part was deciding amongst all the flavors! Try the red velvet.

This restaurant was awesome. Doesn't seem like much from the outside but it was great. We had 2 appetizers- shrimp and bruschetta, 2 entrees- chicken parmigiana and lasagna, two drinks- Reisling and Jameson, and 1 dessert- apple pie a la mode. Everything was absolutely delicious and the owner was there making sure our dinner experience was the best it could be. The prices were reasonable also. I wish this restaurant was in my town.

Four adults, each ordering their own individual entrée, but they can’t deliver them within 45 minutes of each other!
First out, 2 entree salads.
About 15 minutes later, we were told the other two items were “coming right up”.
A short while later, as one person finished his salad, entree #3 (pizza) arrived.
Fourth person asked waitress to check on his food. She looked surprised and said of course. She came back and said it was almost ready.
The next time we saw the waitress, they had the exact same conversation about missing entree #4.
Finally, about 1/2 hour after the pizza arrived, entree # 4 (a sub sandwich) was delivered.
Same thing, last two visits. Unbelievable...
Most employees are pretty nice, as are owners. Reasonably clean, average prices and food is ok. We go primarily because there’s never a wait. But then we wait. And wait. And wait...

Legendary Food, Legendary Service
Texas Roadhouse has amazing food, AMAZING! From the fall of the bone ribs to the tender and juicy steak. Let me not forget to mention the cinnamon butter and hot fresh rolls. The staff at this location is amazing. Super friendly and helpful. They always make you feel welcome and that they value you being there. We go here once, sometimes twice a month!

I saw Botana on the menu and had to ask what it was. If you like nachos and beans, you will enjoy this. It starts with a layer of chips, followed by a layer of refried beans. Then you have cheese followed by either chicken or ground beef, green pepper, tomatoes, avocado, olives and jalapeño. What a meal!
