We've been stopping here for decades (literally) even as the Malta Shoppe has gone through owner changes. Wide selection of shakes and malts. An evening staple during our stays in South Fork.

My family ate here recently for dinner. The service was very prompt and the waiter came by frequently to check on us. I had the enchiladas which I thought were good. Couple others got the fajitas. Decent portions and everyone thought what they got was good. The hit sauce and chips were good as well. This was not the best Mexican food place I have eaten at, but considering where we were I would certainly go again.

After a day of skiing my 2 sons and I came here to eat. They have a great selection of beers and full bar. We ordered a large pizza for the 3 of us and it was plenty of food. I thought pizza had a little too much cheese but kids loved it. The crust was a nice texture. Service was excellent. They also have other selections besides pizza-like a number of burgers and sandwiches. I would say eat here if you are in South Fork.

"Amazing Breakfast!!" "The best meal we've had in South Fork!!""Hands down the best breakfast we've had all week!!""We wish we'd discovered you on our first day here!!"All of our food is cooked to order and made with QUALITY ingredients. We buy only the best and it makes a BIG difference in our food. Rob is cooking and Rob owns the place, so you can feel confident about the quality and consistency of your food. :-)The Spruce Lodge is a beautiful, historic Bed & Breakfast and our restaurant is open to the public 7 days a week. Good food, unique atmosphere, really reasonable prices.
Rob is an amazing cook: perfect eggs, thick cut bacon, fluffy pancakes. We love this place and eat breakfast at least once every time we're in SF.

Two Rivers BBQ offers home style food and hand crafted meats that pair excellently with a selection of local micro beers. We are a place you can come to have a good time, relax a while, and enjoy the fresh mountain air. Horseshoe pits in the back, beer, wine, and a select number of mixed drinks are available as well as two HDTV's at the bar. Come on in and enjoy yourself! You'll be glad you stopped by.
Being from Texas we like our BBQ. My 2 kids ordered burgers and chicken strips but I went for the 2 meat BBQ plate. For $19 I thought the brisket and ribs were not all that moist. There was a lot of food though. I read about great service but I felt like it was lacking. We had to ask for silverware and BBQ sauce after they brought our food. There were 3 options of sauce and I asked about them and just got a puzzled look-luckily they were labeled. After they brought the bill our waitress disappeared and took awhile for them to collect my credit card. After a long day at slope we were looking for a good meal and this just didn’t hit the spot.

We didn't realize the restaurant was closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, which left us finding breakfast options elsewhere. We stayed in Weaver cabin. It was spotlessly clean. There was a full size fridge, range with oven, two bedrooms with king size beds, twin bunk beds in the living room, a couch, rocker, a large round table (would be good for cards or board games), and four stools. The decor was attractive. There was fire wood outside and a fire pit and a porch swing. The downside was the view--across from RVs and campers (quite a few looked like season leases). They provided dish detergent, bath soap, and some shampoo. Be sure to bring your own matches/lighter, coffee, and paper towels. PS there were sufficient dishes, pots/pants, utensils.

One of the better places for breakfast in SouthFork. A small restaurant so get there early or expect to wait a little bit.
Friendly wait staff, service is a little slow again because it is a small restaurant.
Good coffee and breakfast dishes are the basic things. Lots of people ordering biscuits and gravy. Good cinnamon rolls if your interested.

Been coming to SF for years and now...we have someplace here that I could eat at everyday! A varied menu with something for everyone. Had the Reuben Sandwich yesterday...outstanding. Potato salad was the best I ever had. Rachel does it all fresh so if you are in a hurry this is not the place however, bear in mind it WILL be worth the wait.looking forward to trying everything.

Arrived in town 2 of the restaurants were closed or not seating any more parties. We went with Hunt Brothers Pizza. Always a good choice when there is no other options. My Boys enjoy the pizza it's always fresh. This place also serves sandwiches that looked amazing!

Found this place by accident, decided to give it a try. Wow. Just wow!! First the service: server's name was Christian, he was very friendly and helpful, checked on us frequently but didn't hover. Second the food: portions were huge, really large and great quality. The cook was excellent just add ordered. I would recommend Rock Away to anyone for great food. We were camping in Cathedral Campground and this place was a welcome addition to our trip. In from Tulsa Oklahoma and when we come back will be sure to stop here!!
