Had not heard of this restaurant until I picked up a local restaurant guide. Decided to check it out and we were totally surprised at the quality of food. I had the chicken that was stuffed with lemon ricotta.....sooo good and my partner had the swordfish special and was extremely delighted. Kind of pricey for this area but well worth it. We had martinis, appetizers, entrees and wine and our bill was just over $100 which I think is very reasonable given the quality of food and service. Our server was attentative and delightful. Cant wait to go back.

All 4 in our party were happy with the food and service. Seafood chowder was thick and full of seafood. The Haddock sandwich contained a big thick piece of Haddock that was lightly breaded and cooked perfectly. Big selection of homemade pies available for dessert. Just a few minute drive from Yankee Candle. Will return when in the area.

Somebody told me about this place three years ago and every time I'm in the area,it's a must. They start off with and appetizer of fresh carrots, sliced cucumber and black olives with celery pieces in a delicious oil based dressing. You then have a choice of dinner entrees that are accompanied by choice of potatoe and vegetable of the day. This meal also comes with rolls andbutter, salad and personal appetizer. They end it with a choice of a variety of desserts.Add a couple of cocktails and a beer or two and it's aperfect dinner.I went with one other family member and we got all of this for 80 bucks. And ladies you get a fresh cut rose when you leave.

Come and gather at a New England table! Our seasonally driven menus are a reflection of the rural landscape and come and go as the harvest is available. We celebrate our area farmers, foragers, and growers in our menus. Of twelve draught beers, six are always local. We cook from scratch, and source as locally as we can. A warm, friendly, local gathering place with food and drink at the center of the experience.
we took 36peaple out to deerfield and everyone raved about thier meal, meals were pre ordered and was shepards pie, roast loin of pork, and chicken. the rolls everyone was eating them, they could have sold them to us and 1000 bags would have left the building!!the wait staff was excellant and we ate downstairs , by our selves which was very nice.

Looks can be deceiving, this establishment doesn't really sell itself from the outside but the two calzones we had were really tasty, stuffed to the brim and excellent value for money.
The portion size was over generous so we are looking forward to having the remains for lunch tomorrow!

Really loved the atmosphere here! Our group enjoyed the mixed trivia cards and got a kick out of some of the more vintage cards. The food was pretty hit or miss for us though. I was really looking forward to the brisket sandwich. It was very tasty but extremely fatty. The sides were okay. But the staff was excellent! It might have been an off day for them. I'd definitely try it again!

Tom's is an institution in Western Mass. It is a little roadside hot dog stand that offers burgers, grinders, salads, and wraps as well. There are plenty of picnic tables to sit and eat. There is a huge variety of special dogs you can order from chili cheese, to kraut and lots more. The fries are delicious....dark golden brown and crisp. The onion rings are nice and mild and crunchy. I'm alway too full for ice cream......but one of these days.
