The BEST Eggs Benedict on the planet! I have heard quite a few people say that they had the best burger IN THEIR LIFE at the Vineyard Cafe Sonoita!!
We arrived rather close to closing time and asked if they were still serving. With a smile and a OH YES, we were seated and a very nice gentleman took our orders. The food arrived quickly, it was delicious and the sever could not have...MoreThank you for taking the time to write such a nice review!

The Cafe is CLOSED FOR SUMMER BREAK from 19 JUNE - 2 JULY 2017. We will see you on July 3 for Lunch!

Our offerings include something interesting for everyone. The A.P.E Burger is Adam's signature dish. No two are alike. Trust him to create something special, just for you! We select our wines and beer to complement our food. Our house wines focus on local wineries. We offer US and imported wines. Our beers are flavorful and interesting, sourced locally to Arizona, the US, and imported. We also feature special beer and wines to share amazing finds with our guests. Adam Puckle is a bona fide local. He was born at Fort Huachuca in 1987. He went to school at Elgin Elementary, and graduated from Patagonia Union High School in 2005. He attended NAU with a focus in HRM, then decided to further focus on food and attended Pima College's Culinary program. He started A.P.E. Dining to do dinner events in 2009, and added The Cafe operations in 2010. Chef Adam's natural sense for food provides guests with approachable, comfortable, appetizing offerings designed to provide a tasty and price-valued dining experience. He selects his staff to have an innate gift for supporting an enjoyable guest experience.
Driving south in Arizona feeling hungry for lunch we found this friendly place with authentic home cooking. Service was friendly and accommodating. Their onion rings were the best we ever had they were crisp on the outside with fresh sweet onion on the inside. We also enjoyed the tuna melt made to perfection. Their iced tea was fresh brewed with unlimited refills, thank you for that!

My wife and I shared a large very flavorful NY Strip cooked to perfection-a perfect medium rare. Cowboy beans were flavorful as was the house salad served family style.
We will continue to comeback when we make our annual trip to Patagonia and Arizona wine country.

Came with husband and young child based on the good reviews. If you are looking for something fancy, this is not the place. If you just want simple and tasty you'll find it here. Friendly staff and decently priced food. The macaroni salad and burger were delicious and so was the iced tea. My husband usually drinks very sweet tea but he said this tea tasted so good he didn't need sugar. If you order soda it's in a can with a cup and ice but that didn't bother me. Like I said, very simple diner experience but we liked everything we ordered. There is also a large outdoor patio with a gorgeous view.

Where downtown meets bordertown in cowtown In the tiny town of sonoita we're on the south side of town on the wrong side of the tracks that aren't even here anymore! We make awesome food from scratch and the beer is ice cold. Family friendly
The faiirly new addition of bar b que makes this bar worth a stop. Cooked on a home made smoker right out the back door, the ribs are great and reasonably priced. Don't expect upscale decor but the mostly locals will make you feel welcome..full bar plus beer and some wine.

Who would have guessed? Great breakfast, creative, fresh, tasty, superb coffee, friendly an welcoming service, fast, and inexpensive. Yes, it is in an old gas station. But do not be concerned about the outside, go in. Breakfast nirvana. As good as the best in Tucson. Better. Loved this place and not one to rave! A bit hard to find so as you go east out of Sonoita on Route 82. It is on the north side looking like the old gas station that it is. Go here.

A good place to take a break. Good apple pie and assorted fast food items like sandwhiches and chimichangas. Small shop with grocery items and roasted organic coffee and wine for sale. A small place with tables inside the shop to eat your snacks there. Prices are on the high side, but then again there are not many choices around here. Clean bathrooms. Gasoline is more expensive.
