It is located in the Marmara region in the north-west of the country, with an area of 599 km (231 sq mi), bordering Bilecik to the west, Gölpazarı to the north, İnhisar to the north-east, Tepebaşı (Eskişehir) to the south-east, and Bozüyük to the south-west. Söğüt district has 5 boroughs and 23 villages, with the population last recorded as 21,012 citizens (2000), but according to a 2010 estimate the population was 19,425.

If you arrive in Bozburun by boat (or any other way) go straight to Osman's - fantastic showers, wifi, book exchange, terrific food and such friendly fun people who run it. They organised all our airport transfers at a much better rate than we had been offered elsewhere and a rental car for a day's sightseeing. Helpful and make everyone feel like family. Don't miss it!

Although this place is very famous with their octopus varieties, I am also very much impressed with their mezzes. Various options are available and all of them are delicious. Portions are big enough as well. The only concern us the price. It is expensive in Turkish standards.

The food is mediocre, nothing special. We have had Klasik Manti, Cig Borek ve Cikolatali Manti as dessert. The portions were so small, luckily we were not that hungry. They were like appetizers to taste for us. Be aware if you're really hungry, do not go to this place, because you will walk out hungry & by paying hefty amount of check!...
In fact, everything is way expensive in Selimiye (Quiet yachters' village), like souvenir shops & also there are very limited good places to eat unless you really like expensive seafood.

Beautiful setting on the shore, several friends had recommended this restaurant and glad I listened, top selection of traditional Mezes and we plumped for the Grilled Red Sapper and stuffed cheese calamari for the mains.
It's a great setting whether sitting in the restaurant or on the deck.

You moor on the jetty in front of the restaurant you are expected to eat there - not unreasonable particularly when you consider the investment that has gone into the place. Excellent food, wine and service including showers, water and power and when you arrive assistance in mooring. Try the signature dish octopus - the best I have eaten but a whole range of other meat and fish dishes together with an impressive array of mezze.

Desserts are must. Original recipes made out of guinness beer or poppy seeds. Breakfast is average but price is high compared to nearbys. Fresh lemonades are quiet good one of them sweety and serving w/ huge corton candy other one w/ lavender and sugarfree give it a try. On Upstairs there is a Terrace good for groups or for the ppl want to watch and check ppl whos walking&eating.

The food and set up of this cafe/restaurant are fantastic. The muscles in garlic butter are to die for and the haloumi salad is a real treat. It's just a shame that the server was so sullen. He plonked things loudly on the table and scowled the whole time. No hospitality was shown at all. When we wanted to order he waved us away and ignored is. Finally we ordered and when he delivered drinks they were slammed onto the table. Even trying to pay was a hassle. Good thing the food was good.
