We visited here for a holiday meal as it looked upmarket, we were soon to learn that was a thin facade.
The service is stiff and formal.. The waiters are also pushy, my friend wanted steak and the waiter told us they were for two people as they were huge, hence the reason they were twice the price of everything else on the menu. The menu had other things I would rather order but I changed so my friend could get a steak when it turned up they weren’t for sharing it just turned out the waiter had blagged us into ordering two of the most overpriced things on the menu.
The steaks weren’t even very good, tasteless and fatty, certainly not worth their inflated price.
Our other friend had sushi which he said was lacklustre.
The waiter even tried to keep our change despite knowing we wouldn’t have wanted to tip him.

Restaurant and bar at the foot of the ski slopes offering lunch and evening meals. A mix of Bulgaria BBQ and also english fare.
Very nice and professional staff, warm and cozy atmosphere, perfect food. The ski instructors are just great - dealing with kids very well; the equipment and person in charge who help with it is just great. Peter is the best instructor ever and my kid simply loves him!

The servings are huge and the food is good and served pretty quickly although we opted for slightly earlier lunches to avoid the masses. The 10% discount card you might get from your travel company does work here although they don't like applying it. Tell them at the time of asking for the bill and be adamant as we ate here 3 times and had different experiences but each time they accepted it. Average cost per sitting for 3 kids and 2 adults was 80 LEV

Steakhouse, BBQ Joint, Winery
Great restaurant with a varied menu. The meals don't only look good, but also very tasty. While you eat, you hear live music. A player plays the organ and sings. It's an amazing experience. Highly recommended!

This restaurant is very nice after skiing. With an open fire and a drinks list to warm you up, but it doesn’t stop there. The pizzas are amazing, probably the best we’ve had in a very long time and the chicken curry was the perfect blend of sweet and savoury and not too heavy. The burgers are plentiful and fresh also. Cannot fault this place.

I had a kebab thing on a massive stick. Meat, vegetables and chips. Tasted amazing and the portion was big. Perfect after a day of snowboarding.

The food in this restaurant is so good I have now eaten here 4 times since my first visit 1 month ago.
I would just like to add that before moving to Bulgaria from the UK in 2006 I had travelled extensively throughout the world, eating in the best restaurants in France,Italy,Spain,Malaysia,Hong Kong,China,Dubai,Japan,India etc as well as living and working in Tuscany,Italy for 6 years.
I could not fault the quality and taste that I experienced on each visit as well as the excellent service.

Atril is a compact small wooden house where you can drink a wonderful tea, to have a nice meal during the day or even to rent a ski and snowboard equipment and instructors for them. Atril is located in a very accessible place by car or by lift in the winter. It's a family business and the staff will give their best to provide you good service and to make you feel very welcome every time.
Great place to get all ski gear, fantastic staff and service, would not go any where else! Great homemade food too?been here with family and as a couple child friendly

The place is spectacular, food was gorgeous. We had cottage cheese with beef jerky which was wonderful, stuffed bread - very tasty and nicely presented, home made red pepper salsa - yummy, trout in vine leafs - not so bad, pork chops with fried potatoes - nice. The prices are moderate. The service was fast, but the waitress was overconfident. We asked for a nice table by the fireplace, but the answer was- This table is wanted by many other guests. We sat nearby and until we were in the restaurant no one came. Then she joked with my daughter when she asked her for the wi fi password and I had to stop her. When I asked for the bill it was presented in cash without asking me how I want to pay. On my question why, she answered - You should have told me earlier, now is too late. So that is how a wrong attitude can spoil otherwise nice experience.

Chevermeto was quite a surprise for us. We know the brand, but we were positively surprised with restaurant. Food was very good and they also had entertainment with Bulgarian national music and dances.
Service was perfect! Staff is nice, helpful and honest with their recomendations.
The only minus I would give to toilet connection and "skoking" room. You need to go out of restaurant to reach toilets and in winter when its very cold its a bit anoying to go out, despite toilet it self was warm.
Also on the exit loby people were smoking. After such a nice evening, passing the smoking area is quite unpleasant.
We had great evening after all!
