Foods are very good. Average cleanliness. Crowded restaurant. Atmosphere is not attractive. Mid-class artisan restaurant.

We dined on the second floor open Terrace with 10 others from our tour group. The Waitstaff was helpful in helping us understand the menu. The food arrived quickly and it was delicious - a grilled platter of lamb kebab, lamb chops, chicken and lamb steak (I think). It was the perfect amount for two to share although it is indicated as 1.5 portions.

very friendly. nasim, one of the 3n's in the 3 generation family business, speaks english proficiently. there is a friendly and helpful vibe in this family style restaurant.
we've eaten at 3n several times during our week stay in sivas and have found well prepared, consistently delicious meals each time.
the chicken soup was so good my friend ordered two bowls to start his dinner. the lamb and beef were perfectly prepared. 3n serves a white cheese pide that is worth asking for.
the meals were easily digestible
i highly recommend 3n and will definitely go there again if i'm visiting sivas in the future.

This restaurant recently opened a branch on the main road connecting Sivas to Ankara and other cities. The serve very delicious meat balls. There is also a shop that sells local food ingredients. You can also purchase raw meat balls to take back home and cook for the rest of the week.

It is a cosy and family friendly restaurant, located on the yildizeli road off Sivas. Good for meat dishes. Staff is attentive and provides good advice for new comers. Try Sivas kebab, Sivas kofte, and kunefe, a tasty dessert made of pastry and cheese. My family and I enjoyed it! Bilgin

Last weekend we were in Sivas and as three families we went to Aşçıbaşı Et Lokantası that is popular for its traditional meat balls. These meat balls are produced from half lamb and half bovine meat. Raw salt is added and aged for at least one day. The prescription is patented and our son who is an expert of meat balls loved the ones served at this restaurant. They also serve traditional Sivas Kebabı but as it was not the best season for eggplants we were unfortunate to try it. Instead we had a dish of variety of local food as a tasting menu. The beans were special and the best we ever had. Sivas is unfortunately on the main tourist route but there are regular flights daily from Istanbul. The city is a center of Seljuk Turks that contains several historical buildings (mosque, medical school and other schools that are called medrese). The city has also importance at the establishment of the republic. A weekend excursion can be spectacular not only for sight seeing but also for the nice food. You can stay at Büyük (Grand) Hotel and do some shopping for silver handicraftsman items. Carpets ate 3 times cheeper than elsewhere so have fun of eating meatballs, beens at this restaurant and do shopping. Before I forget, they have a called Sütlü (Milky) Nuriye which is delicious.

I am born and raised in Sivas, this place was the first place when I thought about Sivas köftesi. I visited there without high hopes, I knew this place before, probably had tens of meals here before. It's rennovated, clean and looks nicer than before. Yet it doesn't taste the same. I felt heartbroken while writing this here.
