Our Yoga Teacher class went for a group meal here, and all of us; vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores, found something delicious to eat and share. We found the cost to be very reasonable and they accommodated our large group graciously, with excellent service.

Looking for a taste of Italy in Maryland? Sergio Ristorante Italiano provides Silver Spring with authentic Italian cuisine in an intimate setting tucked in the basement of the Doubletree Hotel. A family operated restaurant with a 33 year history, our extensive menu includes homemade ravioli, pastas and marinara sauce, spinach stuffed porkchops, fettucine al ragu and delicious tiramisu. All recipes are passed on by Sergio's grandmother, the owner of a restaurant in Rome. Needless to say, our bar is always stocked! If you love honest, high quality food, a warm environment and friendly service, come check out Sergio Ristorante Italiano today. We look forward to seeing you!
The service and food was outstanding. The chicken Param was tender and not overly breaded. The accompanying spaghetti was perfectly cooked with a delicious tomato sauce. The fettuccine al ragu was also a perfect blend. The service was prompt and friendly. The restaurant was not busy this evening so luckily no reservations were needed. Definitely would return when in the area again.

Parkway is a long time favorite in the Rock Creek Shopping Center. But to my mind it's overrated because there aren't any really good delis in the area. The service is barely OK, and sometimes it can be impossible to get the attention of the wait staff. The food certainly doesn't come up to the standard of places in NY like Stage Deli. Take out orders have to be rigorously checked to make sure they got it right. Not my favorite place!

We upon our friend's recommendation and really enjoyed our dinner. In addition to the samosas and ginger salad (which our 3 year old great nephew loved!), we tried their chicken in coconut cream sauce, the curried beef with cilantro and pork with sour mustard (which was surprisingly good). You can specify how spicy you want your dishes. This is a family run restaurant and the matriarch is the one cooking for you. Service was friendly and quick, too! And don't forget to save room for dessert!

At La Malinche, our tapas menu highlights authentic Spanish and Mexican dishes while also exploring more contemporary tapas, showcasing the very best of this unique and exciting style of eating. Come visit us in the very heart of downtown Silver Spring.
This place is quite small, located in an old store, but it is quite attractive. It is located a few doors down from the Fillmore Silver Spring (a music venue) and across the street from the AFI Silver (an artsy movie house). Thus, it is conveniently located for many date nights. The food is basically tapas or small plates, and it is delicious. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. They take reservations, and reservations are certainly needed on a Friday or Saturday night. The restaurant has a full bar, and the food and drink prices are very reasonable. The restaurant has no parking, but there are several municipal lots and street parking nearby.

There's nothing timid about our chicken... or our meatloaf... or our hand cut hickory grilled sizzling steaks, line caught Ahi tuna or cornbread baked in a skillet and fired up by fresh jalapeno and Serrano peppers. This is full flavored American cuisine, fresh and bold, made by our chefs from scratch every day, and presented by servers who treat you like the valued guest you are. We invite you to join us for lunch, dinner, happy hour or late evening dining, and enjoy the best that America has to offer.
Always first class. I have only sat at the bar but have never had a bad meal here. The chicken parmesan is huge, enough for two meals.Thank you for your valuable feedback! We always love to hear that our customers have enjoyed their dining experience with us! We very much hope to see you again soon. - With regards from Copper Canyon Grill Management

Four adults and two kids (3 and 5) sat down for a family meal, and the great waiter made sure the kids got their food: cheeseburgers and fries -- early. Grownups got the Saltillo Platter, Chicken Enchiladas, Shrimp Tacos and the Camarones Mi Rancho -- and they were all very good. The Margarita was fine.

Usually it is 'my shout' when dining in the evening with a young family that I stay with in Takoma Park - Pacci's is their restaurant of choice - but I also had a late lunch solo this time after walking/sightseeing all morning in Washington DC - interesting contrast during the day - when many of the lunchtime diners had already left - staff very casual and friendly and the pizzas etc are still very, very good - thin crusted style suits my 'diet' at the moment and plenty of optional toppings to suit me (and family members -especially children aged 8 and 10). Consistently good over many years - Pacci Perfection

How can a restaurant that specializes in eggs, ruin an omelet? The omelet was barely warm, was totally tasteless, dry and the cheddar we asked to have added, was definitely not real cheese, think cheezewiz. On top of that the potatoes were deep fried to a crisp and were just plain awful. Unbelievabley, the order comes with 1 slice of toast not the standard 2 slices of toast you would expect in any restaurant anywhere. The service was also pathetic. Never a refill on the coffee and the order I know I placed for extra toast never showed up. It was offered free of charge as we paid the check. Avoid.

I've been to Olazzo a few times over the years and returned tonight because our go to Italian restaurant is closed Monday nights. Kind of a cool space with tables around the bar and a separate back room. It's dark throughout and decor hasn't changed since opening. I had the grilled eggplant with roasted peppers, mozzarella, basil on top of spaghettini. I love eggplant and wanted to love this dish but it was a disappointment. Very little flavor overall. Peppers seemed jarred because of the pickled acidic flavor. Mozzarella was rubbery. Pasta didn't seem homemade, was swimming in oil. The small side salad was nice--romaine, cucumbers and onion. Servers were nice.
