We arrived at 7 pm, only to find that the famed la paz batchoy was only available until 6 pm. Disappointed, we nevertheless proceeded to order several entrees and appetizers. And ALL were delicious, except for the chicharon bulaklak. The vegetable dishes were especially yummy. We will be back.

I never thought of this place in Bacolod until I tried their cakes with friends. The varieties are so awesome that anyone who love cakes will not ignore to be at the same place again. I will be going back soon!

Had to visit Felicia's because I picked out some Negrense pasalubong for my family. The place is conducive to a tete-a-tete in the afternoon with a beautiful array of pastries that goes well w/ a selection of coffee and tea. My daughter liked their banana cream pie and my other one loved the macaroon. Their cakes are on the pricier side but certainly worth it. Bought Lemon Thins and Ensaymada for pasalubong for my family.

Natural Food made from scratch, included daily Artisan Bread. They make their own Ham, smoked Bacon, their own Cheese etc. No soft drinks only fresh juices. Every week there are new Specials on the menu, fresh from the Markets. All the dishes are based on the Classic International Kitchen, made from local products, as available Organic, with a Filipino twist. You can have lunch or dinner in the Phinma Galery in The Negros Museum or at the Terrace under the old trees. Museum Cafe is concidered Best Restaurant of Bacolod by GMA News TV Ang Pinaka and lifestyle webpage ClickTheCity!
I like it that you have option if you want to dine outside of the restaurant or inside. They have very unique concept of Menu list which is written on the board. Good price for that classy and upscale restaurant.

I was surprised when Pendy's moved to a new location (the old one was a lot better). I was told the lease expired and the owner wanted to out another restaurant. We've always visited a Pendy's for breakfast and pasalubong stuff (napoleones). Hopefully they can find a good spot again a relive the quaint feel.

Located just at the back of BPI Silay, just few steps away from the highway, Cafe 1925 walks you down the memory lane of the heritage Silay City. The cafe is small, but well arranged. The furniture and fixtures, the architectural and interior designs are very pleasant to the eyes, especially for heritage lovers like me. The paintings displayed are simple yet classic. The price of the food is reasonable. Heritage Walking Tour in Silay will never be complete without dining at Cafe 1925.

Can't really say much as I only ordered their iced coffee which was freshly brewed right in front me. As expected, the taste wasn't spectacular but still good while I wait for my delayed flight.
