Restaurant "Rimini Club" is an unique Hotel in the heart of Shumen, where everyone spend comfortably a few hours while enjoying Italian, French and Bulgarian cuisine, known for their originality and doubtless flavors. The style of the restaurant is typical European. During the hot summer days guests are invited in the summer garden where may take a lunch or a dinner in the freshness. During the winter, however, we turn the coldness into a gentle warmth, sharing time with best friends, a glass of high-class red wine and with a tasty meal and to get the best time ever!!!
To start with the positive part. Nice service, and OK food. But, for a romantic evening for two, the chairs were horrible to sit on, techno music is not nice when you eat, overloaded interiors.

This family restaurant serves the best traditional meat dishes in town. I asked around town about the origin of the meat. It seems that the meat comes directly from the farms of the owners, who pride themselves in feeding the animals organically. The cuts are inspected personally by members of the family before being brought to the restaurant.
Cheerful and friendly staff.

Our starter and Deserts were excellent, the service was great as well. However the main dishes have been disappointing, very plain and tasteless.
When you think you lost your way to the restaurant, keep going further and you'll get to the place. :) Nice ambience at the restaurant.

A beautiful location, lovely setting and great service.
Foodbwaa very uneven - some was great (bell pepper stuffed with cheese, a local delicassy, roasted lamb, stuffed mushrooms, salads and the wonderful yogurt with cucumbers - not the tarator, the thicker one) and some was so full of msg (soup powder) that it was impossible to taste the food (such as the chicken fillet with cheese).

A real feast for senses offers the time spending in winery house of the complex. Authentic custom atmosphere, traditional clay bowls and Bulgarian national suits, arranged on the walls, prompt that in this place, in the Shumen heart itself, lives a natural Bulgarian spirit so usually there go friendly crowds, drinks to the health of someone can be heard and newly married couple stays in quietness with a bottle of fantastic wine. Smiling waiters, national Bulgarian music and the menu, full of salads, hors d'oeuvres, main meals and Deserts, as well as the summer Terrace of Winery House “Madara” makes it favorite place for local citizens and guest of the complex.

Located in the spacious lobby of the hotel, Lounge Bar is the place where you can enjoy your morning coffee, a business meeting, or is just a place where you can relax in a comforting environment. The comfortable and modern environment, the rich choice of alcoholic and refreshing beverages, coffee, tea, cocktails and sweet temptations, create the magical feeling of a unique experience. At night you can enjoy quiet music which underlines the distinct atmosphere of this modern bar.

The tavern, which is decorated in the traditional Bulgarian style, is equipped with Seating for 150. The menu offers time-honored dishes from Bulgarian national cuisine and for the enjoyment of our guests a musical ensemble plays from a broad repertoire of songs. On weekdays we offer a lunch menu that includes a number of delicious dishes at attractive prices.
The tavern at Hotel Shumen is a wonderful place for holding a variety of celebrations: office parties, wedding receptions, birthdays, banquets, balls, cocktail parties, etc.

Good restaurant for a quick business lunch, staff with a great experience in suggesting the choice of dishes depending on the nationality of the customer.
Great view over the city, good environment well graded.
Very quick service (too) suggests a pre-cooked or pre-packaged food products, however, acceptable for a quick lunch.
Great wine pairing offered with Bulgarian foods selected
The price appropriately high for a restaurant in a 4 star hotel.

despite an important menu, few specialties come out from it: couple of excellent traditional salads (choupka among others), grilled meats and fishes, following the arrivals; nice and quite courtyard;
