We went on Tuesday night expecting as normal a decent meal and atmosphere, I havent reviewed them in a while as they were constant i.e. great. As we were being taken to our table, i noticed that the wine glasses werent on all the tables. Perhaps a change of process but it kind of looked more classy with the glasses whether i wanted wine or not.
Still, we sat down and were told the special and then left and left and left, Our server came over looking a little busy and apologised for the delay. It was at this point when i realised they appeared short staffed. We ordered our drinks and waited again. Drinks arrived, order in for food and 45 minutes later from when we sat down food started to come out and not all together. Apologies from our server for delay and she was actually great, it wasnt her issue the delays but management were about but not being effective in flow of dining in my opinion. Kitchen service area looked busy with food waiting but little movement. My wifes food was taken by another server in error so apologies were given for that and my wife complained about the wait never mind the fact she had to wait for her food again. The server apologised and would mention it to her manager who came over with my wifes food, apologised for the wait and then walked away! LOLOLOL too funny, she obviously was not concerned that patrons were unhappy and thats the only time she gave us. We werent looking for any discounts etc, we dont need to but customer service was sorely lacking in her approach to our legitimate concern about waiting so long. None of us were impressed. The server was shocked to hear when we said the manageress said sorry and walked away. This poor girl was embarrassed by the very person that staff should look up to for customer service and a leader for the brand. We couldnt wait to leave, poor experience, one off? Maybe but we wont be back for some time if at all. The place looks tired and to be honest not as classy as it has been. Perhaps the opening of the KEG has taken custom or staff but the KEG doesnt need to do that if this place continues to offer this level of service. Maybe it was just a bad Tuesday? hmmmmmmm

I sure appreciate having the two owners present and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and is taken care as soon as you enter the restaurant until you leave. We started with the soup of the day lemon rice soup which was delicious. I liked my salmon and hubby found his halibut to be tasty. The Mediterranean influence on the dishes makes the dishes in this restaurant unique. They also have a nice selection of wines by the glass at good prices. The restaurant is tastefully decorated and is very nice at night with beautiful lighting.

We arrived at the restaurant starving at about 9:30. It seemed a bit quiet so we checked the hours of operation on the door and it said it would close at 10:30. When we tried to get a table, staff advised the hours are wrong on their door. They were quite dismissive about it. They said the hours on the door reflect their old hours. They have new hours of operation now. They close at 10 and begin clean up at 930, so we weren't welcomed to have a table. They told us to go next door and order take out instead.
Off we go obediently next door. The lady at the counter just looked at us then gestured at the take out menu. We grab one and start Reading. She clearly knew we were there, but it took her 15 minutes to tell us that we could no longer order anything deep fried or from the grill because they have already cleared down. If she told us as soon as we walked in, we would have left right away.
*Tip: Call the restaurant for their new hours. Don't rely on information online or TripAdvisor.

We spend 6 months in the Edmonton area and 6 months in the states every year. We have yet to find as good a Vietnamese restaurant as this one. Love the spicy pho soup. We have never had a bad meal here and we've been about 20-25 times. Consistently good.

We keep coming back because the food is just that good! The ambience is okay, not cozy and a little loud but still nice. Service was great for us, table of five. The loaded crispy potatoes are to die for. Steak is always done perfectly and fork tender. Chicken must be brined because it is melt in your mouth perfect. The drink called "Leading Lady" was recommended by our server and it ranks among the top drinks my daughter and I have ever had. We will, of course, be back!

I enjoy going to Cora's because I feel I'm eating healthier, lol. The menu has a wide variety of dishes that don't contain eggs and thats great for people like me. Lot's of fresh fruit and interesting items you don't experience everywhere. And of course, everything tastes better with Cora's custard in it.

This new restaurant just opened up today, September 29, 2011. I have been waiting for the opening day so I thought I would try it. It was very good.
We felt a little rushed but the wait staff were attentive when we needed them. The food was tasty and ambiance nice. We had a round table which allowed us all to engage in conversation and we enjoyed the restaurant very much. Relaxing atmosphere, no dress code.

One of the few places that has both regular and gluten-free pizza. The gluten free was over-priced and over-done. I suspect it's the dough they use. The regular pizza was middle-of-the-road "not to offend anyone" pizza taste. Not much taste. I would like to see their product improve because they are such great community supporters.

We are Sherwood Park's Original Bar-B-Q Smokehouse Restaurant serving down-home, southern comfort food. We are locally owned and operated and we are dedicated to perfecting the pit masters art of "low and slow" BBQ. Our smokers, affectionately named "Jake" and "Elwood", are fed nothing but seasoned B.C. Apple wood. The right combination of smoke and our own spice rub allows us to serve our meat "naked" or un-sauced so you can taste the authentic, "True Q" flavour, before slathering on one of our three homemade BBQ sauces. Many of our meats are smoked for up to 18 hours, so that means we're smokin' while yer sleepin'! Our homemade sides have the freshest ingredients, made daily. We serve Certified Angus Beef and top-grade Alberta protien, so you know it's good. Our casual dining atmosphere, traditional butcher's wax paper 'n all, means you get quick service, not fast food. Talk to us about catering your next event or just come on by to see what's Smokin'!
The food was great! I had brisket with coleslaw and corn bread as sides. The brisket was tender and juicy. I really like the house hot and regular BBQ sauces. I've been to BBQ joints in Houston Texas and they were pretty on point for food and atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

No atmosphere, cafeteria style dining. Took my friend for lunch, ordered two small half pasta/half salads with one Pepsi - $35.58. Pasta was luke warm (kept in cafeteria style warming pans), pre-packaged bagged salad. Napkin holders, salt and pepper shakers not kept on tables, you have to collect them along with your utensils. Staff friendly. No value for your dollar. DO NOT RECOMMEND!
