Paulines's consistently delivers an excellent meal with very attentive service. The french onion soup is always a great start. Shelburne Farms chicken is our entree of choice. This tender chicken breast in a robust cheese sauce is a standout. Desserts are excellent as well.

Rustic Roots a is chef-owned full service restaurant and features made-from-scratch breakfast and lunch, as well as early weekend dinners by reservation. We are located on the village green in the heart of Shelburne Village. For brunch: we are on a first-come, first served basis for groups smaller than 4. For groups of 4-7, reservations are recommended. We typically can not accommodate groups of 8 or more without making special arrangements in advance. During peak hours a wait should be expected. For dinner: we offer a single-seating early dinner on Friday & Saturday evenings only. Reservations strongly recommended for groups of all sizes- please call in advance! Private dining: please be aware that at times we do book hold private events in the evening. Any dates which conflict with our regular business hours will be posted to our website in advance.
Very small restaurant only open for breakfast and lunch. I had a vegetable quiche and mamgo infused chai ice tea. Both were excellent. Their breakfast items look very inyeresting as well

I like coffee but I Love Mocha's. Like ramen I do taste tests across North America. They take third coffee very seriously but this place for me has the best Mocha I have ever had.

We are a local European-style chocolate boutique and patisserie. We make pastries and chocolate bonbons, as well as serve and sell tea and hot chocolate.
This hidden gem is worth the trip! It's a bit out of the way, but take the time to find it. The chocolate is truly delicious and the peace and quiet of Bijou is a welcome respite after a busy day. They also serve tea and it is a welcome place to meet a friend to "escape". I enjoy giving a box of their truffles as a gift when visiting someone or as a thank you treat. Absolutely some of the best chocolate I have ever tasted!

I ate here the Thursday after Christmas. I wasn’t sure what to expect since my boyfriend picked the place. One inside the restaurant was intimate, but not tiny. There were white table cloths on the tables, but I didn’t feel out of place wearing jeans...MoreColleen, Thanks for your review! the Team at Bistro de Margot always thrive to make our guest feel confortable, our moto is "French Cuisine - No Attitude"! We hope to see you back on your next visit to BTV! happy new year!

Yea! Shelburne has an eatery/coffee place that is well known and popular. Perfect location beyond the north end of the village. Shelburne needed a place like Dunkin Donuts. It's just opened and is already popular.

Dropped into Fiddlehead Brewery first and bought some fantastic IPA's. Brought them over to Folino's and ordered a small Prosciutto Di Parma with artichokes. It was amazing pizza! Cooked perfectly and so tasty! They provide chilled glasses to enjoy your beers in. Everything is pretty much help yourself as far as napkins, silverware, water etc.. Very laid back. Nice indoor and outdoor dining area. Staff was cordial, not overly friendly. Prices were okay. I would certainly return to try something else on the menu.

We are passionate about crafting explosively flavorful ice cream! Stop into our scoop shop to give our handcrafted ice cream a taste!
The ice cream shop is very small. You should plan to eat outside. The ice cream is good with several flavors to choose from. Two small hard ice cream servings was $8. They also have soft serve. It was busy but the service was fast. Plenty of parking, easy to find on Shelburne Road. It's connected to Archie's Grill.

We were able to have a beautiful breakfast on our last day in Vermont. The view of Lake Champlain and the gardens complement excellent food. One pleasant surprise is that the prices were much lower than one would normally expect in a similar setting. After eating, and if the weather is nice, take time to stroll through the gardens and the Inn itself.

Disappointing, very slow service from a dour waitress. Ordered the seitan satay and caesar salad. Both were so loaded with sodium/salt that they were inedible. I should have sent them back but the server never came back to check if we needed anything else. Dessert was good and the only redeeming part of eating there. This was the same experience we had the last time we went. I guess since they are one of the few all vegetarian/vegan restaurants in the area, they don't have to try to do better. Just not a good value so we won't be going back.
