This is a very cosy restaurant with excellent Georgian food. There are not so many restaurants in Kobuleti so I would strongly recommend this one and Green Cafe. However, Green cafe has not profile yet in Tripadvisor. Sunset restaurant close to Chero and Georgia Palace Hotel is also nice with a view over the park and a bite of the sea.

The neighbourhood from the centre of Kobuleti to the restaurant is quiet and you pass quite some houses and buildings in a very poor shape but don't be afraid, the restaurant is at the end of the street next to the confluence of a small stream into the sea. The second floor is covered only with umbrellas and if you come in the evening you can enjoy the sunset and listen to several frog species as they salute the evening with their mating calls. Very romantic!
They show and ask you what kind fish they should prepare. For us it came quickly as we were the only guests. The fish is really fresh and tasty and the fried potatoes were outstanding. Also the other extras were top of the notch.
Dinner for a family of four with 0,5 litre of white wine costs from around 50 lari.
I can really recommend it for romantic dinners in the sunset.

Beautiful modern place in the center of the city near the beach, great interior, warm atmosphere with background relaxing music and very friendly staff. We serve Georgian and European food and delicious Georgian wines. English is spoken.

Simply delicious , low cost food and wine, overlooks the sea. Waiter appeared to be on his own though !

Отдыхали семьей в отеле Georgia Palace, сюда ходили обедать и ужинать. В мае открытых заведений в курортном городке мало, но Принцесса работала. Отличный ремонт, все чистенько, по-европейски, бесплатный вайфай, столики на улице с видом на парк, телевизор с музыкальными клипами - музыка приятная. Кухня отличная. Сочный шашлык, свежий хлеб, салаты, сыр, вино. Есть несколько позиций европейской кухни, вроде сосисок с картошкой-фри, или куриного бульона - можно ребенка покормить.
Две особенности (не только для этого кафе, вообще для рузии в целом):
1. Огромные порции. Салаты мы брали на двоих, хачапури по-аджарски заказали - принесли нечто размером с мужской лапоть 68 размера... На четверых девушек-малоежек такого точно хватит! Или на двоих мужчин. Шашлык - нормальная порция, хотя девушке, наверное, тоже будет многовато. Хозяева кафе (не только этого) искренне недоумевают и расстраиваются, когда остается недоеденная еда, особенно мясо. Недоеденное можно с собой попросить завернуть. Так и делали, потому что осилить эти порции, назаказывав по незнанию, невозможно.... :)
2. Молодые официанты плохо понимают русский язык. Внимательно следите за тем, что записывают, повторяйте, показывайте в меню, что вам принести, не полагайтесь только на слова. Если произнесете заказ скороговоркой, не ткнув в позиции в меню, есть вероятность, что вас вообще не поняли и заказ просто не пинесут. Это не только здесь, просто молодые грузины не понимают русский.
При кафе есть и гостиница (или это кафе при ней).
Место очень чайлд-френдли, как и вся Грузия, впрочем. Могут утащить вашего ребенка поносить на руках, пока вы обедаете. :) Просили греть еду в баночках для дочери, никогда не было отказа.
Через дорогу - узкий парк и море, заведение находится на второй линии.
В целом, отличное место недорого пообедать и попробовать местную кухню.

3 поездки в Грузию сопровождались у меня посещением этого ресторанчика.
На вид самый обычной, но здесь все скрыто в гостеприимстве официантов и вкусностях!
Последняя поездка была знаменательная - отмечали наш семейный юбилей. Мы наелись классных блюд, натанцевались, напились вина и чачи, которая лилась рекой и за все заплатили адекватные деньги. В любом ресторане вашего города эта гулянка бы стоила примерно 300-400 долларов. Здесь это вышло в несколько раз дешевле.
Качество питания выше всяческих похвал. Сам лично выдел, как владелец каждое утро трепетно отбирает мясо и овощи.
Рекомендую попробовать хачапури по Аджарски и хинкали. Самая лучшая цена/качество в Кобулети и Батуми!
