This place is fab. We went to the restaurant for a pre Christmas family meal and it's a delight. It's small but contemporary with lovely staff and fantastic Italian food, served in generous portions. Usually I find one course to find fault with but couldn't fault this. Beautifully cooked and presented; the roast potatoes were gorgeous. Can't recommend it enough.

Modern and innovative cooking reflecting the tastes of the Mediterranean in sophisticated surroundings.
The buffet food was awful, the hair in it didn’t help. We were squeezed around the table so tightly you could hardly pick your cutlery up. The gin was good.

came here for the new years eve set menu , have been several times before and always had a good meal so was really looking forward to it, on arrival we were given a glass of fizz and shown to the bar Seating area to look over the menu, it was a special set menu so didnt know what to expect, had plenty of choices on it, the starters were delish and we both opted for beef Wellington which was cooked to perfection , all in al a great night and the staff there are always lovely and welcoming, look forward to our next visit

We have been to the jenny wren quiet a few times, and everyone of them have been wonderful. The food has been beautiful ever time and the belly pork is amazing! We came for my little girls 7th birthday, we're the inter time she was treated like a princess, which ended in the whole restaurant singing her happy birthday. A memory she will never forget and neither will I!
All in all I will always recommend anyone to eat and enjoy the quirky little pub and restaurant that is the jenny wren Inn!

We were looking for a Sunday lunch that wasn’t a boring pub carvery, and we weren’t dissapointed. The beer and the wine was good, and the food fantastic. We started with garlic mushrooms..... very tasty, and then had the fish goujons with chips and peas. The fish was lovely and sweet, and the peas fantastic. Hats off to Dave the chef, and the very friendly staff.
We had a great experience at an incredibly good price. We had never been before but would recommend this gem to anyone

Love this place and we’ve become regular visitors, both for the amazing quality of the food, and because of the the friendliest staff. Gorgeous Xmas lunch and nothing was too much trouble even though we were a large group. Thanks to Julie, Derek, Kerry and the whole team

Bangladeshi and Indian Restaurant
This has to be one of the best restaurants around. I’ve eaten in here on many occasions and had Home deliveries too.
Staff are always smart, polite and friendly. We’ve used this place for over 18 years so that says it all really.
Great food guys.. keep up the good work!

Visited as part of a large group of colleagues for a leaving do and was really looking forward to it. Ordered from the special menu. Normally I love veg samosas but the batter was hard and almost chewy, not pleasant at all. Was ravenous though so devoured them and waited expectantly for the main. The mains came out and all the people I was sat near said there's were not hot. Normally the heat from the spices would make up for it but unfortunately there was very little heat from the spice either. I don't think I've ever had a bland indian meal until this one. Veg rogan josh is not normally bland. I would have sent it back but based on the fact that everyone around me's dishes were virtually cold they would have had to redo (or microwave) everyone's and I was very hungry I decided against it. Plus everyone knows us brits don't like complaining about our food! Such a shame as the waiting staff are very friendly and helpful. Won't be rushing back but will give them another chance in the future for sure.

We meet friends here for lunch regularly and are never disappointed. Great food, great service and nice atmosphere. Not an evening out place, in my opinion, but excellent value for very good quality food with a wide choice to suit everyone. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Beefeater opened their doors back in 1974, and were driven by a passion for glorious steak. Mouth-watering cuts at mouth-watering prices was their motto. Reassuringly nothing's changed, these things still drive them today and they always will. Beefeater believe in two things, a warm friendly welcome and serving incredible steak.
No frills restaurant but tbh for a chain foods pretty good.Get in early cos it does get busy quick. Decent saver lunchtime menu with a decent beer selection.
No complaints been twice now nothing spectacular but had worse in restaurants that claim more.
