A group of us went to Sushi Ran for lunch and it was truly amazing. We shared the seaweed salad, crunch roll, kaisen futo-maki, and the tempura udon noodle. We loved it all!
The location is just off the main tourist street in Sausalito.
If you are having a yen for sushi and are nearby make this your stop.

This place has some really interesting flavors like caramel coconut macadamia and kona mocha chip. It's really good, but really pricey. I got a waffle cone with an extra scoop and it was over $7. Would I still recommend it? Yes, if you really enjoy ice cream.

Classic Sausalito spot serving Breakfast, Brunch and Lunch for over 50 years! Try our special omelets, fluffy pancakes and unique french toast made with ice cream and grilled to perfection. Great for recovering after a wild night out or a meal with the family!
Love, love, love this place. I had (Citron) lemon french toast with fruit topping, with an endless cup of coffee. Delish! The people were very friendly and accommodating. Everything from the service, the food, the wine list and the views are fantastic. Same outstanding service and superb food as Scomas in San Francisco. As soon as you walk through the door you’re greeted with a friendly smile, that really welcomes you. Our waitress was really lovely and attentive. Great service.
We had the Lighthouse omelette which was superb. Not too greasy even although it was a cheese and ham one. Great portion size too.
Highly recommend the Pepper Plant sauce...!

This place was recommended by a good friend of mine, and let me tell you it was pretty good! The taste, the atmosphere and over everything the service. Our waiter was really friendly and speak multiple languages, which it was awesome to converse with him. The food was really tasty, fresh and arrived quick. Prices were a lil' bit high, but I guess you are paying for the experience...and its California! Great Burger Joint hidden in Sausalito!

I stopped in while walking the shopping area. I bought a chocolate chip cookie which is very large, an almond biscotti and baklava. All were tasty.

There is only one way to eat here--get a sandwich and take it to the nearby picnic tables on the water. The food is average to above average for this type of deli, but when you're eating it with a million-dollar view of one of the world's best cities, it seems incredibly good.
To get to the picnic tables, come out of the deli, turn to the left, walk a block or two down the main road, and then take a right to walk over to the benches (near the sign for the Spinnaker).

Hamburgers is a really small place that you could miss if you're not looking for it. The burgers are great and reasonably priced for the Bay Area. My wife had a super burrito with chicken that was huge and delicious. One warning, it can get busy which makes the wait a bit long. Definitely recommend it, though!

Please don't tell me that microwaved heated fish is Italian cooking. All arrived in two minutes from ordering and we looked into each other's eyes... to quick to have been prepared. Ok it is bar but .... Burnt prawns just tasting of chili, tasteless calamari, a just ok salmon with a no-sense side of pumpkins, mushrooms and pomigrane... the entire thing was just tasting of pomigrains. If you cover fish with one thousands tastes, I don't feel anymore the fish. Unless I cannot taste it because is frozen right? Depressing, considering I'm in front of the ocean.
