As part of a tour group visiting Portugal, we stayed in Lagos and part of the scheduled activity following our tour of a local cork factory was dinner at Sabores do Campo. The meal was served family style. I don't recall the cooking utensil that was used to prepare the meal but it was unique. All I can say the meal was delicious and tasty. I think all in the group of 44 found the meal and the evening an enjoyable and memorable event. The location is a bit difficult to find as we were dropped off the bus and walked up a narrow street to the restaurant. Well worth dining at Sabores do Campo!

At Pizzeria Mamma Mia, we do everything so that the ingredients that make up our meals are always the best quality to complement our fresh dough. We offer a full range of different pizzas, pastas and salads! Welcome!
Normally pizza is a non questionable issue. Everybody likes it. So, this is a very presentable place for having a normal meal with family or group, ina cosy and nice space, and tasting very good pizza's. Recomended!Dear Joao, We would like to thank you for your visit and appreciate your kind review. We hope to see you soon. Kind regards, The management team

Drove from Estoi to this well recommended restaurant, fortunately our Satnav found it easily. Good job we got there early as every table was booked (what would you expect on a Saturday evening) Service was quick, friendly and very efficient. The food, we both had kebabs, was excellent and plentiful. We had been advised to check the last page of the dessert menu for the home made options, tiramisu to die for, and a huge portion. Reasonably priced too. Good chance we will return. About 20 minutes before we left the restaurant suddenly filled to capacity with mainly local people always a good sign unless you are behind them in the queue!

An on the spur of the moment choice and not disappointed. We had not eaten here in a while . The welcome, service, and food all really good. A spotlessly clean restaurant. Everything freshly prepared, you can hear the chopping coming from the kitchen! Dishes were all very tasty and piping hot when they arrived at the table. Very good value. We will be back and not leave it so long next time.

Went with friends for lunch, their first time. Couvert of bread, butter, sardine paste, anchovy, garlic carrots and olives. Mains of vitela estafado and liver and onions. Desserts of creme caramel, cheesecake and coffee cake, followed by coffee. Couvert, two courses and drinks (beer and wine) at a very reasonable €12.50 per head including a gratuity of 10%.

We Open just for dinners
We’ve been traveling for two months and this was without question the finest dinner we've had. We had a beautiful beef filet and fish (cod?) with shrimp. Both meals came with vegetables, mashed potatoes with one and potatoes au gratin with the other - and the presentation was outstanding.
The service was very relaxed (slow?) - but all good. This wasn't our least expensive meal by any stretch, but definitely the best to date.
Ya gets whatcha pays fer.

I cannot believe no one has reviewed this restaurant. The cheapest, most reliable, best service grill restaurant in Sao Bras - always busy and lots of fresh fish for us non meat eaters. Chicken and chips is 4 euros - beat that!
Centrally placed - large shared tables - great meat from the grill - local wine by the carafe and Piri piri sauce to spice it all up - delicious and very reasonable too !!

We first went to this restaurant about four years ago and at that time it was quite good, I presume there has been a change of ownership because now it is quite nasty! We stopped by for lunch and only had the lunchtime menu but I'm very pleased that we didn't waste anymore money than we did. Our starters were the best part of the meal, I had the lamb shisk kebab and my wife the onion bhaji, both were tasty. However when the main courses arrived things went downhill. My wife's Lamb Sag had a distinctly odd flavour and the spinach obviously started out as frozen purée. My Chicken Hariali was just to say passable. In addition to the set menu we ordered another nan bread and a Brinjal Bhaji, we were charged 7€ for the bhaji which was a tiny portion and when you think that you can get the prata da dia in many Portuguese restaurants for the same price or less it was way over priced! I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and am very sorry we didn't return to the other Indian in the street behind which is far superior!

Restaurant run by a Portuguese family, with capacity for 200 people. Room with panoramic views where you can sight the Beaches of Faro and Olhão. Restaurant with a private car park with capacity for 30 vehicles.
We went here with our family. The staff is really nice and the food is tasty. A few of us took the barbecue that also comes with the salad bar. The variety is really amazing and the meat is 'bbq-ed' to perfection. But also the other meals are really tasty!
The view from the mountain is really astonishing and when seated right accompanies you during the dinner.
The prices are really reasonable - you can find cheaper meals in the Algarve but it is just a couple of euros above the really cheap places. It is absolutely worth the money.

The staff here are great and make you feel really welcome with good service and free shots. Unfortunately the food is only average. Poppadoms and pickles were very good but my main course was disappointing. The rice was well cooked, but the keema nan didn't contain any meat. It seemed to be covered in oil and red food colouring were the meat should be. My sag chicken was cubes of chicken in a a deep green sauce with no sign of any fresh spinach or any other vegetables. It was ok but far from the best I have ever tasted.
