Because of the wonderful reviews we decided to try this restaurant for dinner tonight I ordered one of the local favorites, why? I'll never know. Country Fried Steak, mashed potatoes, vegetables, salad and garlic toast. The salad should have come first, instead it all came out at the same time. Meat and potatoes were just warm, not piping hot. vegetables cold. salad was iceberg lettuce in big chunks including the core of a head of lettuce. Would I go again? No! My husband had the Patty Melt. His was okay. Extremely disappointed!

Well... a genuinely warm welcome, a happy waiter who smiled as he worked, made suggestions on menu items but not in a robotic fashion often experienced.
Delicious wine. Fantastic soup to start (tomato/chicken, with small pearls of pasta) and a main entree of sausage and fettuccini. Great bread to wipe up the pasta sauce flavors afterwards.
Good brief conversation with other diners and also the chef too.
There is a reason this place is so highly regarded in this area. The reason is the people, because they make this a number 1 in my mind.
Such good quality food and service!!

We visited with a family group of 7 on a weekend evening. We did have reservations and were seated and served promptly. Our party (including someone with some dietary needs) ordered a variety of items from the lengthy menu. Everyone seemed to like their choices. Of particular note were the caprese salad (appetizer), clam & linguine entree, meat filled ravioli with marinara, veal parmesan and eggplant casserole. Our table also enjoyed several desserts: a beautiful berry tart with a Chantilly cream layer and an abragato (yummy vanilla bean ice cream served in a medium sized glass tumbler with espresso and whipped cream on top) were two of them. A very minor nitpick - their parmesan cheese was the pre-grated type just put out in a small bowl for the table; we would have appreciated the freshness of on-the-spot shaving. Overall we really liked this traditional establishment.

This doughnut shop is the heart and soul of our city. Not a person around doesn't know about the Rolling Pin. You can watch them bring in the fresh on site baked doughnuts, bear claws, muffins, doughnut holes or eclairs. The best in the world bar none. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate are all right there.
So if you are a late sleeper or early riser, stop by and pickup one with coffee to go or buy a bakers dozen for the whole family or coworkers to enjoy. Makes a day so much more special.

We visited for dinner on a Friday evening with the kids. We were greeted by the owner, who also entertained us at our table with some magic for the kids. Really lovely. Servers were very pleasant, the food was very good. We will be back!

At In-N-Out Burger, quality is everything. Stop by to enjoy our menu of hamburgers, cheeseburgers, french fries and shakes. In-N-Out makes fast food the old fashioned way.
For fast food, this is a great option. Limited selection, staying true to the In-N-Out concept. Ate a double decker with onion and I was completely stoked about flavor. Juicy burger, melted cheese, and quick service (considering the close to airport location.) In not a super huge fan of the fries, but they get an A+ for what they were (can't be mad that they aren't my preference on fry...the west coast doesn't have Chic-Fil-A like we do on every corner on the easy coast.) You can't beat the prices, the restrooms were clean, location is convenient, and the service was kind and fast...most of all, it was delicious which is why we're all here, right? I wouldn't typically recommend stuffing your face into a burger...but maybe you should if you're in CA for the first time like me!

We’re here seven days a week. We want you to feel comfortable coming in any time. All of those days. For breakfast, lunch or dinner. We want to be the place you come to for an omelet and coffee before work, a cocktail and appetizers after, a quick bite for lunch or dinner, or a burger and a beer before or after the movie. We want to be the place for a dressed-up meal when you’re trying to impress that special someone. And we want to be the place where you hold your business meetings or celebrate life’s milestones — birthdays, graduations, engagements, weddings and more.
I had just arrived in SF after a cross-country flight and was starved. I was looking for some traditional ‘American’ cuisine. I saw the online menu at Jack’s and walked over from my nearby motel. I’m glad I did. I thoroughly enjoyed the meatloaf which was served atop mashed potatoes, topped with crispy onion rings. I ordered a side salad which was very good. My server, Jonathan, was most professional and friendly. The atmosphere can be described as an upscale diner. Prices are not cheap, but fair for the quality and amount of food received.

Went there for dinner last night and had a great dinning experience. Joel who took my order was very nice, friendly and with great recommendations. I opted to go with the small pizza with mushrooms and it was plenty for even 2 people. Very fresh ingredients as well as great pricing. A bottle of local red wine for $14, not a bad deal. Highly recommend going there!

Not always open when needed. They close when the bread runs out. All that said One of best sandwiches in the area.

New England Lobster Market & Eatery is an authentic east coast seafood experience in the San Francisco area. We started in the wholesale business delivering quality seafood at a great value and took that experience to serve customers at our restaurant. Whether you're shopping at the market or grabbing a meal at the eatery, when you visit you'll discover live Maine lobsters, Dungeness crabs, mussels and more. Diners at our restaurant love the dressed lobster rolls, lobster corn chowder and crab nachos. We welcome families and can accommodate business group and parties in our space. We also serve beer, wine and champagne to complement your meal. As long-time merchants in the wholesale shellfish business, we are able to consistently delight our customers with great prices and superb products. We promise you won't find an experience like ours anywhere else in the Bay Area! Eatery Hours: 11am-9pm daily
I visited on a Friday at lunch time. The place is like a typical road side stand you see in New England. I ordered soup and salad. They are fresh and tasty but nothing spectacular. I like the setting. There are out door seatings as well. Across the Westin hotel, you can see SFO take off and landing. Will come back for their sandwich the next trip.
