Savor the charcoal-grilled seafood, steak and other specialties of Al Boom. Kuwait visitors will want to experience this unique dining venue aboard a traditional Arabic dhow. Sumptuous teak with gold-leaf accents gives this landlocked vessel the atmosphere of luxury sailing. Complete your VIP experience with expertly brewed coffee in the Captain's Diwaniya.
The restaurant is inside of a converted sailing ship that is permanently built into the landscape near the Radisson Blu Hotel. It is not on the water, but on land and it is totally stable. It is a steak and seafood restaurant. They take major credit cards, and can take large parties. We found the staff to be great, with attentive service and the food was very good. The main dish selections all come with access to a large variety of appetizers and salad items that would be sufficient to be a meal on their own if one wished as well as desserts. Like almost everywhere in Kuwait, the establishment is dry with no alcohol being legal to be served. You can expect equivalent of $70-$90 per person to visit for the inclusive meal. Being at a very nice hotel, the price seemed normal to me for the quality of the meal and service. I would advise to go try it if in a group, but maybe not as a lone individual.

I stayed with my family and enjoyed a very nice family environment with plenty of entertaining games and sports at the beach and inside the hotel. It's a very friendly hotel with warm and welcoming staff including its management.

This restaurant offers Indian veg & non veg food items. Vegetarian food items are comparatively less than non veg food items. This restaurant is average with regard to the food taste. Choice for Deserts & juices is also limited. However, ambience & service are good. The place may be enjoyed with friends & families. But, I find this place bit expensive in terms of food quality & quantity.

We have been to this restaurant together with one of our business partners. First of all,l must state that ambiance is very good and welcome by staff was also warm and kind. Seated outside under the trees with fantastic view, ordered some kebaps from Lebanese kitchen and sea food from İtalian kitchen with some local traditional mezzes. All was very well prepared and cooked, quality and taste of the food was excellent. Sisha was also available and more or less each table was served with sisha. Loved this place very much. Highly recommended.

I stayed here for the first time, and was very impressed.
The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms are very nice and well maintained, and the breakfast is excellent.
Unfortunately we didn’t have a chance to try the restaurants but they looked good.
I will stay here on my next visit to Kuwait.

I had a big and delicious salad at Le Pain Quotidien, Marina Crescent. The menu listed 10 different salads. I had the Quinoa salad with green lentils, cabbage and avocado..etc. the size of this salad was a main meal. It was satisfying in a healthy way. I had Watermelon cooler for a nice refreshing drink. It is December now and the weather is cool. I highly recommend the marina cafes for a relaxing family time and with friends.

Its the last day of Ramadan and we decided to break our fast with Indian food and went to Asha's . The service was good but nothing special and I had asked them to return mu soup plate since the soup spilled over the sides and the plate looked kind of messy. The shrimp soup was poor with two pieces of shrimps and 3 chick peas. The other food was tasty but the sea food platter was really poor and almost 15 KD not good value for money

I visited this restaurant near Corniche club with colleagues on Thursday (16 Nov. 2017) and this was my first visit. This Chinese restaurant serves luxurious meals. We tried both of their signature dish “Dynamite Shrimp & Mongolian Beef”. Both were too tasty!!! and worth for money. They have very good customer service and the guys who served us were very friendly. Their Manager or head staff personally came to use and checked if we liked the food which evidently showed how they take good care of their customers.
