We did a detour to find this restaurant. We were on our way south and after driving for 4 hours we had to stop and eat. My first experience of french food for years. Thw waitress was very helpfull from start to finish. The lunchtime was busy but the service was fast. I finished with the classic tart tartan and their delightful coffee.

We arrived and took a walk to find Sunday lunch and we did it was good. The service was good and food was good too. our kids liked their meals and the ice cream. our meals where good and well presented. we all liked the fires they made, real home style and something we love to see and eat... My lamb was cooked well a bit over done but very tender it fell of the bone very easy. My wifes fish dish was nice to the taste and well presented.
the only fault with the menu would be an to put and english version of each of the main and entreé's. As my french is not the best

Nice little unpretentious cafe with large selection of crepes but also four selections of plated "viandes" including beef, Turkey breast in mushroom sauce, rabbit and my favorite lamb cutlets. At this time of year they also have fresh moules frites (mussels and fries) which I had on my first visit, big bowl, very moist in a white broth. After seeing the lamb cutlets on my first visit that has been my meal of choice on the last two and I was not disappointed. Two / three cutlets, bone in, light and flavorful brown sauce accompanied by frites and side salad. If you pass on the crepes for the entree they have a large selection for dessert, from simple to specials including flambe. They also have ice creams and coffee drinks. Nice, comfortable little place.

Restaurant Le 16 was on our list of possible dining options in Saint-Nazaire so we had our hotel make a reservation. A wise move as we were not there long before a sign was placed outside stating that they were full for the evening. We...MoreHello Jeff. Thank you soo much, see you later. BY JD Houssay

We enjoyed a corporate lunch in this restaurant. It is definitely not the most appropriate way to discover a restaurant. Nonetheless, the quality was nice, the products fresh and the service kind and efficient.
The restaurant is nicely arranged, giving to the old building a trendy style.
It was definitely a nice experience. I will come back soon in small group to get a assess my feeling.

The hotel recommended this place for dinner. We were not disappointed. The food is great. The service is efficient and friendly. The restaurant is very clean and modern. Obviously popular as it was full on a Wednesday night.
Definitely recommended
Cost us £70 for 2 including 2 glasses of wine. 3 courses.

We enjoyed eating at this place for sure. Friendly staff, the style of the crêperie was modern but not 'cold' as we found it very cosy. We were with three as two of us ordered the 'crêpe du jour' which is highly recommended to try! The last one of us ordered the 'Crêpe Pierre'- one 'boule' of vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and the crêpe was covered in chocolate sauce as the dish was a 'specialité' and indeed it was delicious! We really want to come back in the near future, that's for sure!

First with the good: The location on the beach is great, our starters were really tasty, and the house specialty desert was amazing. The place was packed and the atmosphere good.
Now the bad: We waited an hour for our main courses and they apparently spent most of that time under a heat lamp. The "suggestion du jour" was not good value at all. As a matter of fact, it bordered on thievery. The service was extremely sloppy and forgetful. The waitress -- let's call her Mary Jane -- could not remember anything from one minute to the next.

The soup de poisson was not better than OK. The salads were good - they come in small and large sizes, and the large is a meal. Beware - this is a creperie, so the capuccino comes with Chantilly on top rather than steamed milk, and it was a bit bitter.
