We were driving through and stopped bases on prior reviews. Some used the word authentic...I've never had a tamale that tasted like sugar had been added until we ate here. The rice is white and no seasoning and the refried beans were runny. The Rosarita margarita was the only good part of dinner. The veggie cheese crisp was adequate but definitely not worth the $50 we spent for dinner. There's nothing authentic about this place. I grew up in Tucson and tamales don't taste like dessert.

We are a PREMIERE Bakery, Coffee, Ice Cream and Candy shop. Now serving Breakfast and Lunch Items! (Sandwiches, Salads,Quiche and Soup!)We have Blue Bell Ice Cream, Pepsi products, espresso, tea, Coffee, Italian cream soda, bulk candies and we even have a party room for large groups, Birthdays and special events!
We had heard of this bakery and finally stopped in while passing to pick up a couple of bear claws and cupcakes. I do not think the bear claw dough was mixed correctly, or ingredients were missing, or something odd was added to the batch we had. We had to throw them out. We could not eat them. And the bottoms were wet with something. Both my mother and I have baked all of our lives and are very good bakers, from angel, chiffon and devils food cakes, to croissants, eclairs, tortes, pastries and bread.
We came on a bad day?
I give 2 stars because so far the cupcakes are good. But we've only tried 2. The chocolate cake tasted good, but a bit stale, and a white "birthday" type cake was good, and fresher. The icing is very very sweet.
We were so disappointed. We wasted our money.

Excellent for great coffee, sandwhiches and deserts including ice cream. Great atmosphere and there is an art display and muesum. They also have outside entertainment when the weather is better,

This is your typical Starbucks. I don't like it that they don't honor the Starbucks reward program, so I quit going there. Sometimes you can get a little attitude from this staff. Once Safeway advertised a special, I went to get it, they said they are not honoring it, after the Safeway store had it in its flyer. Then after it was over at 5PM I had my husband go up there and they told him the special had just ended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sooooooo glad to be outta Green Valley, 12 long years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We came to Tucson mainly to thaw out from Winter in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. Can’t come to the Southwest without getting great Mexican food, and Rigoberto’s is GREAT! Do NOT be fooled by it’s “hole-in-the-wall” appearance. Come hungry, leave happy. Sorry about not posting pictures; couldn’t stop eating long enough...

Just not in the mood for Mexican and decided to try this place based on reviews. Plus, we could walk from our hotel (Best Western)! We didn't make a areservation but there was a table in the bar area that we took. If you're planning on dining between 5 and 6:30, call ahead. Bottled wine was on special so we got a nice one of Malbec. Soon, we had some truly delicious bread to munch on. We ordered the steak and shrimp and the chicken piccata. Both came with salads which was nice. The entrees themselves were really good and accompanied by fettuccine alfredo. Had spumoni to finish which was a little different than the usual. Probably would skip that one. Anyway in terms of value and quality ,this place is a find in what seems to be a restaurant desert.

We went on a Wednesday evening. Turns out it was rib night. Good ribs and a large serving. I had ribs left for dinner the next night. Decent wine selection and great service. We had an enjoyable relaxed meal. Not many people but just after thanksgiving so probably to be expected. There are few nicer restaurants nearby so this is a good choice.

I appreciate someone who takes to time to ask, "how are you today?" Maria always does and always remembers what you like to drink. I know they will do it right every time - or redo the drink until you are happy.

Chicago style pizza was very yummy. The service was personable with humor and great. We were not very hungry but ate most of our pizza because it was so good. It made great breakfast the next morning too! Thanks Deb! The Chicago style pizza is a big one packed full of ingredients. Glad you enjoyed the service.

We're big fans of 50's style diners and we've given this one good reviews in the past. Unfortunately this visit was a disaster. Everything started out good until the food arrived. Waitress was in a complete daze, not realizing there was no silverware on the table. Nor unable apparently to understand why we requested water along with our shakes. There were four of us and she brought three waters and two sets of silverware. Then ask if we needed anything else, dah. Finally got a third set after asking again, she stated "I'll see if I can find some". Never did get a glass of water for all four of us. Now to the "food", french onion soup that was nothing more than a bowl of overly strong broth and a few chopped onions. No bread or cheese melted on top. Waitress offered to taking back, so we ordered a plain hot dog with no bun due to diet restrictions. Very simple order, you'd think, but was told that the cook could not fill the request without getting a regular order with a bun and side dish. Because the new order was put behind all the other orders we requested it to-go, since everyone else was finished eating. Hot dog arrived on a plate. When we repeated our request for it to be to-go, we got a surprised look from our clueless waitress. I do have to mention that the shakes were good.
