We would not have come here if had not been for the reviews. Out of the way but absolutely worth coming here. We ate here twice.
Meats are done to perfection. Most tender pork tenderloin ever. Duck was excellent. The breaded/potato pancake pork was perfectly tender inside and really crispy on the outside and garlicky. My favourite.
Vegetables also done right. Not that frequent in Czech Republic where vegetables are usually not the centre of attention. Desserts were also good.
Adequate service. Could be a bit friendlier but OK.

We had an excellent late lunch at Ztracena. It is situated down a small ally off a small shopping area above and to the right of the town center and is worth searching for. The exterior is an old stone building appearing rather dark but the interior has a lovely light bright enclosed porch area as well as an outdoor eating area for smokers and a larger interior room. It is very comfortable with lots of atmosphere. I had a wonderful homemade Nocky while my husband had an excellent chicken dish. The waitress spoke english which is helpful for those of us that don't speak Czech.

This coffee house in a great occasion to try vienna style in Czech republic. And it is not fake because grandfather of the owner had coffee house and bakery in Vienna. She just took his recipes and furnished the interior in old style. The atmosphere is very friendly and tender. And the cakes there! The speciality is dortletka (the same name like the coffee house) which is old recipe from Vienna almost forgotten in Austria and Czech republic. You must taste it but keep space in your stomach for other amazing cakes etc. Roudnice nad Labem is close to Terezin. If you go to visit the camp ant the memorial, you should come to Dortletka. Roudnice is also the best place to start the trip to the national mountain Říp. Enjoy the atmosphere of this small town and even smaller coffee house in his historical centre.

The restaurant is located in the part of Prague which hosts the University for agriculture. The menu is typically French and the quality is high. Staff at the evening we went there was fluent in English.

Quite expensive in local terms, which unfortunately is not fully compensated by the served food. Located in the main square of the town and next to the castle, this restaurant offers both inside and outside Seating. The food itself did the job but was not spectacular by any chance. However, most likely there is not a better substitute around so if you are into Czech cuisine, this is probably the place to go in the centre of Roudnice. Expect an average experience.

In the centre of the town. When you step in, you get on a Terrace where we stayed. Ordered Rome Pizza and it was really very good pizza for good money. Also beer was good. Service was OK. I can't review other food, haven't had.

Jídlo takové normální, žádný gurmánský zážitek, ale ani propadák. Prostředí je velice příjemné, venkovské, trampolina, houpačka, skluzavka, pískoviště. Je tedy myšleno na děti.
