Welcome to the legendary Brick Saloon, Washington’s oldest continuously operating bar, established in 1889. From our famous 100 year old bar showcasing the original 23’ running water spittoon, to our basement jail cell, colorful coal mining history, tasty pub fare, and live music every Friday and Saturday night, The Brick is sure to be your favorite roadhouse stop! We are a family friendly restaurant. Minors are welcomed in our family dining area daily until 9pm (when our kitchen closes). The bar area is 21+ and also is part of our restaurant. Live music is provided every Friday and Saturday night. Hope you stop in to see us and enjoy a bit of history in our wonderful little town of Roslyn!
We have a place in Ronald and go here a lot. Good food and fun atmosphere. Friendly service and pretty quick too. Our whole family always finds something.

Great place for breakfast. Always heard about this place but never had the time to stop. Nothing fancy, just good service and home cooking. The portions were very large and the food was great. Their chicken fried steak is now one of my favorites!! Don't hesitate to stop in, only took me 20 years to find the time. I will stop in again

The staff and patrons here were very friendly. Great place to bring the family. The kids loved the bar stools and the dessert menu looked tasty too. We had the brisket, pulled pork and cornbread. The meats had great flavor - they were just too much on the dry side. Hard to find location of you are not familiar with the area. But worth a visit!

We had been camping over the 4th of July weekend and decided to have breakfast at this place on the way home. This was recommended to us. The food was really good. The service was awesome. There was a gal there that was soooooooo funny. It was a very hot day. She dumped a glass of ice water on my husband. Ballsy right!!!!!!!!! She also went over to the different tables and was fully of pranks and jokes. I highly recommend this place.

My group made a pit-stop in Roslyn to check out the farmer's market and a few of us decided to check out the Roslyn Coffee Co. stand. The service was great - fast and friendly - and the coffee was excellent. Great value.

Our burgers ($11-$12) were very good. Kids' meals were $3.75 up to $9 for kids' steak. Breakfast is not served all day. There are lots of options for sides: Caesar salad, green salad (topped with cheese, sunflower seeds, croutons, tomato & beets :)), fruit, fries, mashed potatoes, etc. They got one order wrong and forgot to charge us for a coffee until we reminded them. It was mostly clean except for the syrup container and some of our silverware. The decor is rustic with a bear skin on the wall and antler chandeliers. It's an easy stop when driving over the pass.

Ive had them cater several things for us and the food is always great. We've been here several times and have never had a bad meal.
Before you waste your money anywhere near Suncadia, put down you're fancy cigar and pull up you're big boy britches and come eat some actually great food and experience great service.
Something you'll never find at swiftwater or hoist house.

We rose our motorcycles to Roslyn from Seattle for lunch, but wanted something tasty, but not by having to wait or stand in lines at the popular spots in Roslyn. So we rode just a couple of more miles to historic Ronald and ate cheeseburger deluxe and BLT with fries at the Old Number 3. Would do it again just like this.

Visited Suncadia twice over the last two weeks. Had two meals... both very good. The first was dinner inside. We had the smoked chicken breast and steelhead. Food and service were both pretty much flawless. The second lunch was on the patio after golf. My wife and I shared the Louis salad as we had snacked on the course. This was fantastic. They offered to split into two bowls and we each had a decent serving. Our server was very helpful with the beer selection... bringing me a taste of the IPA I didn't choose which was nice to try... next time for that one. I do have two suggestions for the management... improve the wifi so it works on the patio and consider trimming the trees and bushes so one can watch the golfers on the 18th green.

Traditional indigenous Pre-Hispanic/Mexican cuisine made fresh daily from high quality ingredients, fresh seafood, Washington beef, homemade tortillas, tequila tastings, signature drinks and margaritas.
We had heard it was good and we were not disappointed. Seemed to be homemade recipes that were full of flavor from real chilies. Service was good and we loved everything. We will be back many times.
